I honestly don't trust wireless stuff. Microphones, sure but Bluetooth or 2.4ghz? not really my bag.
I've worked with X-Vive before and actually like their products, their price point, the way they are put together, and the result so giving this Bluetooth XLR receiver was a no brainer. And it works great.
Still not sure if I'm sold on Bluetooth, but I am getting that much closer.

It IS Christmas! He gifts us with a review! I want to add a wireless XLR so I could have a speaker connected to an outdoor area of the wedding or something. Speakers are starting to have Bluetooth built in. It would be good to catch up with the times without buying whole new speakers though.

Ya them having it built in is awesome, but $700 is a TON just to get something that can essentially be solved with $50.
But we're DJs and we like spending money 😂

Mike you are the man!! This is honestly my first look into wireless anything... I have a crazy fear of drop outs or disconnecting so I've avoided them like the plague 😂 I'd be most interested in the Bose S1 Pro+ though, Aaron Strawn did a review on it that I found really informative; ruclips.net/video/-yjUJNpK_4w/видео.htmlsi=2T-Ea6aZ7VDpSCAv
Price point is obviously important, and the unit I reviewed is under $50 so its definitely a great route if you have some functioning speakers lying around!
