I haven’t seen a USB-A to 2x USB-C, but I know there is USB-C to 2x USB-C.
The two included cables are preferable if you want to charge receivers in use at battery powered speakers with USB-A, although newest ones have USB-C.

They sent the cords separate because you can use the devices while you have them plugged in to a power outlet I think.
