I appreciate your thoroughness and evaluation technique. I have lost what little eyebrow I had due to chemo treatment and had bought the Revlon Colorstay Micro Brow Pencil. Not being make-up person in general, I had no idea what to do with it. Your video has helped a great deal. I am doing repeat watching of how you did the marking as my tutorial. Thank you!
I’m just wondering why you use brow products if you had microblading done? I love the look of your brows. Do you recommend microbladding? I plucked my brows too much and they look weird now. I’m a fan of the Maybelline express brow and haven’t had a problem with it breaking. Just curious why you use downward strokes on brow filling?
I’m so happy I had microblading done. I often use a brow pencil just to give them a bit more emphasis when I’m wearing makeup. Occasionally I make strokes in different directions to get a more natural look (less “perfect”). Hope that makes sense.
You mentioned dark brows don’t look good on those of us that are older, I’m 58. I have naturally dark brows with natural medium blonde hair. I had light blonde as a kid. My tip is to use a taupe shade. It counteracts the stark difference in color. I don’t lighten because of my red undertones.
I agree with you. I see women who don’t know which direction to go when choosing a color and naturally gravitate to filling them in darker. Hope that makes sense 💕💕
Yes, I was debating over brow pens too. Some reason it doesn’t give a natural effect like micro brow pencils do. I always go back to my Covergirl micro brow pencil. I’ve been using micro brow pencils for 8 years and it’s been really easy for me to do my brows now. Brow pens take too long plus they dry out quickly and looks shiny 😂
If you still have naturally dark hair, then the darker shouldn't loo bad. However, when the hair has gone lighter (white or light grey) then dark brows do stand out a bit too much in my opinion.
Just discovered you! Loving the content. I'm 49 🎉
Awesome! Thank you! I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m so glad this is helpful for that’s fantastic. You just made my day. Thank you for taking the time to say Hello 💕
I love ELF’s ultra thin brow pencil and it is super affordable.
I like a harder pencil that stays put .Any recommendations?
I like the wet n wild and NYX but also try applying the brow pencils before foundation so that it really sticks. Hope that helps.
Thanks@@JustDoingMyBest
