Thanks for watching Leslie! The black is too intense of course (that was the purpose of the tutorial) but I think the eggplant and silver is just right, especially in person in natural light. I appreciate you tuning in!
I'm sorry but both eyes look almost identical...no eyeliner needed at all..if you must use a cream eye shadow under your bottom eye lashes..it will look way less harsh..the older we get those eyeliners aren't necessary because of the harshness it brings ..it ages a person by years..if I would put a number on your age..I would guess 70-ish from your skin on your face and hands..I am not trying to be mean..just trying to bring a more subtle look to your eyes..
Well bless your heart! For the record, I am 59. I'm actually often told that I don't look my age, so thankfully you're definitely in the minority there. I have lost 100 pounds in the last few years and that has caused sagging and wrinkling in my facial skin. My face and hands are sun damaged and I've had skin cancer issues and removals. As for eyeliner, I like the look of it even on women my age and I think my eyes look very unbalanced without it. So I'll keep wearing it and teaching eyeliner tips. To each her own! Thanks for watching!
I think the softer eye looks very beautiful on you. It is particularly noticeable when the black eyeliner side of your face is covered and so when looking at you we are not distracted by it.
Thank you, agreed fully on not using black liner
