I prefer to use bar soap first then go in with body wash &an exfoliating glove
I used to use bar soap but it hold bacteria from what I’ve been told so i stopped using it
@@KierraAndrea Impossible..I urge you to do your research, antibacterial soap cannot hold bacteria and even if you are worried about that just rinse it before every use.

the dr bronners soap is literally like a bar soap ive been using dr bronner for about a year and i personally feel like it gets you more clean than a bar soap cause its organic.

i thought i used a lot of stuff to shower 😂( facial cleanser, body acne wash for my back,feminine wash for my girly, body scrub for my thighs and face, and finish up with dove body wash all over my body ) 🤣
yea no , if you enjoy using loofahs then start off with a rag and make sure you ring them out properly . Loofahs hold sooo much bacteria since they dont rlly properly dry and your just applying more bacteria to your skin .Your so beautiful xoxo sorry if this sounds like hate.
You’re acting like you can clean loofahs or change them out (which you’re suppose to do every 2-3 months anyway)
I use a washcloth when I'm in the shower with my bar soap then I use an exfoliating rag for my body wash..but i never use the Same washcloth twice...then I go in with my body scrub for the last part.
Hello... I notice people say that using washcloths hold bacteria, but I use washcloths and I change them everyday...

4:23 honestly thats not a good excuse cuze the loofa is way worst and it's the one knowns to hold bacteria, not the wash cloth 😂 and u can wash the wash cloth but u can't with the loofa and it holds soo much bacteria
You’re suppose to change out loofahs every 2-3 months regardless. There’s nothing wrong with using a loofah, just as long as you wash them before and after you use them and change them out regularly. Also, she already mentioned in the video that she KNOWS loofahs aren’t any better.

@@KierraAndrea its not a skin issue..the skin on our necks will naturally be darker than our faces. It could be both dark and dirty as well as dark and clean. Dirt does not permanently change skin pigmentation.

If you get sick easily like me I wouldn’t recommend it. I normally shower at night but if i wake up really sweaty I’ll take a shower again in the morning.
@@KierraAndrea same if I wash at night I'm good but if I wash in the morning I have to wash at night but most times I only watch 2 times if I feel dirty or excercise. I wouldn't consider my body sensitive but I did use to break probably cuz my skin was dry but do wht works for u as long as you feel clean u gucchie different things work for different ppl😌

I see so many terrible facial products , please use something different those produtcs are bad for your skin it contains fragrance , harsh ingredients and alcohol. Other than that , great video
it might not work for you and thats fine, but it works for her, if your worried about that, use a all natrual soap with a face washer (from target or walmart) and lotion and your skin will clear in 1-2 days.
