Aunque se diga que la vaselina tiene beneficios para la piel no se habla de que no es para todos, no todas las pieles son iguales! Tal vez a la chica del vídeo le vaya bien usándola pero en otras personas podría causar efectos negativos, es mejor usar los productos indicados para nuestra piel. 2. No es bueno exfoliar de más! Para entrar en contexto, existen 2 tipos de exfoliación: La física y la química. La exfoliación física es cuando se usan los productos típicos de baño como esponjas, luffas, entre otras, realizándose con la acción "física" y la química es cuando se usan los productos comerciales como los exfoliantes de dove y una infinidad más, esos funcionan mediante su formulación (por eso se llama exfoliación "química"). Como sea, ambas formas cumplen su función de remover las células muertas de la piel pero hay que saber que los exfoliantes no son precisamente necesarios! Ya que la piel tiene su propio sistema de recambio celular, es decir, la piel se renueva por si sola sin necesidad de exfoliantes! De todas maneras no hay problema si hay quienes eligen hacerlo, siempre y cuando sea adecuadamente, ya que podríamos estar dañando nuestra piel sin saberlo. Los dermatólogos recomiendan que la exfoliación puede ser 1 vez a la semana o 1 vez cada 15 días, también afirman que para bañarnos no es necesario el uso de esponjas ya que con nuestras manos es suficiente, aunque claro, existen personas que no pueden dejar el uso de esponjas, incluyéndome, pero si ya tenemos ese hábito entonces es mejor evitar o reducir el uso de exfoliantes químicos para evitar lastimar nuestra piel. 3. Si en su rutina de skincare usarán mascarillas o parches es mejor usarlas ANTES de la crema hidratante ya que esta SELLA la hidratación, por lo tanto si deciden ponerla antes de la mascarilla no podrán obtener los beneficios de la mascarilla por que ya han sellado la hidratación, es mejor primero usar la mascarilla o parche que vallan a utilizar y después sellen con la crema hidratante para aprovechar al máximo los beneficios. Recuerden que el orden correcto de aplicación de los productos de skincare es del más fluido al más denso! Para aprovechar al máximo todos los beneficios de cada uno de los productos que utilicen. Fuera de todo eso me encanta lo estético que y relajante que es este tipo de contenido!❤ y esta chica es muy hermosa, se nota lo mucho que se cuida.
