I completely understand what you were trying to say regardless, but I want to point out that not casting a spell before turn 3 in standard these days basically doesn't work because the format has sped up considerably.
Yeah, even draft formats have one drops that are playable. They've done a lot to print 1 drops that have a 3+ mana activated ability or some sort of synergistic etb like looting or mill or drain
The dismember tech is so smart. I have been playing it in my creativity deck in modern and it's been so good. Kills eyeball magus and sea moon. Been working on SB slots to deal with blood moon. I know this is mainly a legacy channel but the knowledge applys to other formats as well
