Hi Anton, great work! Thank you! Yes, our software update almost every week, now there're more algorithm and features are added!
For this scanner, XYZ coordinate could be built based on mark alignment for sketch/CAD/Photogrammtry you seems haven't discovered,
also how to make full use of fine mode to scan 3-5cm size, last but the most, it's not the white light's advantage to scan dark objects, some white light scanner even could not detect the black surface, I'd like to suggest you use the same targets to test on all the scanners and make the comparison of the final stl, but all your feedback will be highly appreciated and evaluated! Thanks again!

Who presses thumb down on this? I found it both informative and well tested. A good, clean review with both the good and the bad :)

Yet another great review! Too bad the scanner is so expensive, and at this price I think they should have included a RGB sensor on it. I rally like my Sense 2 3D scanner, but it is just a toy compared to this :D

How accurate is it tho? Can you scan and 3D print exact replica for custom fitted part replacement? I cannot find any users for actual feedback.

Yea I could do a lot with $6 grand to create a solution like this and still have enough left over to buy a car!

$6K scanner. Why would people watch this?

A lot of people are looking for unbiased tester instead of promotional videos from the manufacturer. And to understand the process and what makes a more expensive scanner expensive =)

@@3DPrintTechDesign that's why I'm here. The only videos I find are mfg videos... The price is too high for not enough user data.
