It depends, you might recreate the original in FL Studio for example (which would take about 10 hours probably), or just find a project file that someone else made, then replace the instruments with Windows sounds (which, including finding the samples, takes about 30 minutes..?) For the video, you just take the original and mask out the white and black using chroma key and put a layer with the image under it. That would take about 15 minutes I suppose.
