Oh trust me! I love this song and have the english and japanese lyrics memorized! :D I've waited forever for a chinese version to come out as it is the language I am learning! Thank fully I've found the Chinese lyrics! :D
These ears are far too used to hearing like a Japanese,it's relieving to remember that there are other ways to hear.Though the things we listen to may never change, they way we hear them will.
Sara W Japanese as a spoken tongue is extremely different from Mandarin Chinese; they are not even from the same language family (in comparison, most European languages are from the same family). However, it's true that Japanese kanji characters were borrowed from Chinese script with few variations (such as 樱/Chinese and 桜/Japanese kanji). Both are great cultures and both have their respective flaws, although I may be a bit biased since I'm Chinese and I'm into anime and such subcultures.
I am also Chinese and like anime. But Japan, did originate from China, or so I'm told. They based it off of Chinese. I have a friend who's mother is Japanese. Her mom wrote down her name in Japanese for her, and she instantly saw the similarity. The pronunciation was different though.
Sara W Yup, kanji is based off of Chinese characters (names are usually written in kanji). Some aspects of Japanese are based off of Chinese, but others are completely different, such as the spoken language ^__^
Chinese learning American here I vaguely translate the first six lines of this (now I know I am awful, but I tried :() Eastern winds blow softly outside the pavilion Lifting the curtain While flowers are being half broken In the room a girl cries Over the quivering flowers And the hiding and reappearing waters (Not a native speaker, please tell me if I have any errors...)
It's normal that you cannot understand classical Chinese lyric, but when you read it before listening the song, it's pretty good. It is a story from one of four major classical novels in China, called A Dream in Red Mansions (紅hong樓lou夢meng), talks about the main female character (Lin Daiyu林黛玉) burying flowers.
i guess other one used throughout the song is "pipa" (琵琶in Chinese),and also some traditional drums or wooden clapper(not sure)? that i'm not very familiar with. there is another string instrument that i can't recognize it, 'cause there are too many different Chinese string instruments

lyrics is such a beautiful poem! and the chinese style remix is perfect
so i love Vocaloid and i just found out Chinese AND the Japanese don't really get along.... and my soon to be stepmom is Chinese so i'm glad i found a Chinese Vocaloid with such a beautiful voice!!
This is one of my favorite Luo TianYi's song :)
this is awesome and im so proud that we have vocaloid now!
Oh trust me! I love this song and have the english and japanese lyrics memorized! :D I've waited forever for a chinese version to come out as it is the language I am learning! Thank fully I've found the Chinese lyrics! :D
No, it’s an entirely different lyric - this one is based on a poem!
search "bad apple 红颜" or “bad apple aumi", you will find many cover cersions
Lyann V. C. K. It's still Mandarin Chinese. It's just the style of writing and the font that are more than a bit confusing :D
These ears are far too used to hearing like a Japanese,it's relieving to remember that there are other ways to hear.Though the things we listen to may never change, they way we hear them will.
same here lol
This song is really good. I'm still practising Chinese. :)
me too it's so hard
that's wrong some where
darklorel matt deat
Thanks
我的华文很不好 ;^;
I always loved the language and culture. When the CCP is no more, I'll be ordering my first chinese gramma book
As somebody Chinese, I approve. Literally my favourite song rn.
i already knew this was chinese! ^^ awesome..if i compare chinese and japanese hmm...i like them both so awesome! ^^
Japanese is based off Chinese. If you compare them, Japanese uses Chinese characters, and even sometimes the same pronunciation.
(Scarlet Crescent) Okay! ^_^ Either way, both countries are amazing.
She sound so real . And she is so awesome but we dont know if there is a chinese vocolaid.
she is a Chinese Vocaloid indeed ^^
I am just going to share a thought...this page makes me feel warm and has a peaceful atmosphere. (obviously has nothing to do with the song literally)
This is kind of beautiful, I like this Bad Apple version^^ Furthermore is Lou Tianyi very cute :3
Chinese learning American here
I vaguely translate the first six lines of this (now I know I am awful, but I tried :()
Eastern winds blow softly outside the pavilion
Lifting the curtain
While flowers are being half broken
In the room a girl cries
Over the quivering flowers
And the hiding and reappearing waters
(Not a native speaker, please tell me if I have any errors...)
I can't help but keep thinking about
FML D:
Yup. And now you went and got it stuck inside my head XD
Quelque chose Truc
The stuck-ness shall never stop~
only problem is that while i can understand the language, the font is so hard to read, especially at the pace its going
Best thing ever heard
Her Chinese voice is so relaxing ^^
Chinese
Chinese is a VERY different language than Japanese. It sounds very different, too.
"The fall of the flowers are hard to take"
I think this means that she's really sad that they died, and so she couldn't 'take it".
But asides from that, her voice is freaking cute.
This is so beautiful! My heart is melting right now!
This is amazing. Thanks for blessing my ears
Her voice so good! I love it
This music and their is so traditional and awesome I mean really I love both this and other China's and Japan's and other related music to this
She's so adorable!!
Let's talk about life for a moment a love this song
shrek is love,
shrek is llife
Cardi Jey exactly
Tianyi *-* It's fabulus vocaloid :D !
No answers in 10 years? That's harsh let me fix that.
How have you been since then?
spitting bars with them poems cuh tf
Honestly the original is the best but I can't stop listening to this!
This is a beautiful cover!! I love Chinese..
I love this so much >w< I mean even though I can't understand Mandarine.... But I know Cantonese so my Chinese-ness is saved 😂👍
I know Cantonese too *^* XD
teach me. I'm still learning simplified and mandarin but I also want to learn traditional and cantanese
Nel's Wolf how.. Lol and also i speak a bit of Chinese :3
+Vi'z Jinx
+Vi'z Jinx srsly hate it
i guess other one used throughout the song is "pipa" (琵琶in Chinese),and also some traditional drums or wooden clapper(not sure)? that i'm not very familiar with. there is another string instrument that i can't recognize it, 'cause there are too many different Chinese string instruments
the song is good yet i don't understand chinese :) just the beat of the song and interesting sounding words that sound just like the bad apple song.
its sounds so different in traditional style AND chinese vocals! the drums are def something i love in this version.
This is surprisingly smooth for a chinese vocaloid it sounds legitimate
i like bad apple in Luo Tianyi's version!
Love it! i love Luo Tianyi ^_^ She's voice is so cute!
Luo Tianyi is very cute.
Luo Tianyi was made for this song
Nice work!!
