Hi, I am unable to extend my legs fully, will it have the same effect if i do hanging knee raises instead of hanging leg raises ? Does it still work the core muscles the same way ?
That seem to be a flexibility problem. You can still do the exercise and it will still target you core. It would however be more effective if you could extend your legs fully since it would require more strength. However the most important part is that you control the exercise and swing as little as possible!

There aren't any legit height increasing exercises. Eat healthy and a lot and make sure to get at least 8 hours + of sleep!
Yo, on the first exercise I’m unable to keep my lower back in contact with the floor, it’s always lifting up a little bit, and I also can’t go for more than 20 sec. Is is because my core is too weak, or is there another reason?
It's just that your core is too weak for right now, keep going at it and you'll get there 💪🏻 😉

I can easely do this exersizes and much more i can hold an abs plank for 5 minutes can also do leg raises with ease but i still feel like my core is reeeallyy weak i cannot balance the handstand because my abs are not strong enought to hold my legs straight i also cannot du a tuck planche for the same reason.My shoulders are pretty solid i can keep an onehand handstand if i use the wall for balance i dont really kbow why my core is so weak at those manuvers can it be because my legs are too heavy?
Hey Andi, its probably not your core that is lagging in the Handstand. Try to squeeze your glutes more when doing exercises, this will help to make your body move like a solid piece!
