Wow. Now Aranese is a part of Occitan, the only bit of Occitan's Gascon dialect spoken in Spain. I speak some Spanish, French, and Occitan (Bearnais subdialect), so I can make out bits and pieces.
She begins "Hi mijaranes, I'm from the Aran Valley and my name is typical for the Aran Valley. I can't make out until just after halfway through she says "Here our language is Aranesse". Toward the end she says that the schools teach Aranese (or that she teaches it in school, can't tell which). She finishes with something like "and all that." Followed by "Adishatz" (goodbye).
