I can't believe they let #83 keep going. On the first countdown he was flying across the track on the count of 6. Should have been disqualified immediately.
I have to think as I watch these demolition derby videos that each and every one of those cars out there getting thrashed (with the possible exception of the former Police cars) was once someone's showroom-fresh, brand new pride and joy. A car that someone probably spent 5 or so years to pay for. I'd hate to think of my current car (the only car I ever bought new) as someday being the victim of a demolition derby . . . But they sure are fun to watch! Gotta love the Energizer Bunny on top of that 36 car!
I'm a car lover but the only cara I put in the derbies are cars that are beyond repair and most of the people that do these derbies are huge car lovers also
Thanks Krissy, this was great . seeing old cars going at . Fantastic ! . Of course out in the open would be much better, but hey still great to see, this old stuff. Thanks again.DAMAGE...........
I have never seen a derby that didn't wet the track. Those guys are getting in some hard hits! I'd also be concerned about the co2 levels in that building, yikes!
whiterthan hitler look at the lights in the room. See how sky blue it is? Thats from the exhaust. That is poison to our lungs and those parents in front of the guy she have left instead of complaining so much. Lol
yeah i go to that show and they always put on a great show that blue and white caprice almost blue out my ear drums it was so loud and when it was over we went down and looked at that car and it had an LS motor in it and it had late model stuff inside it , the clutch , the brakes and the gas pedal
That is actually a good idea , having the numbers displayed on the roof cause after a while you can't read the numbers if they are on the doors, they get too smashed up or dirty.
@@dickfitzwelliner2807 Until the refs are running in to help someone in an emergency like a rollover or a fire and have someone smash a car into them because they didn't see them on the other side
I wonder what the CO level is in there. People worried about the "Blue Smoke" Thats basically harmless oil burning compared to Carbon monoxide, or “CO.” it's an odorless, colorless gas that can kill you! Glad to see everyone having fun. Here in Kalifornia CARB and 15 other agencey's shut this form of fun down decades ago. They need huge air circulators at those roll-up doors and some sort of air horn to signal drivers to stop. Which makes me wonder what insurance company underwrote that gig??
I'm not sure if the title was the same when you read it, but I see it as "70's and older" and I did see a clam-shell wagon in there which is 1971-1976. Not to say there are 1960s cars in there or not, I don't know.
several drivers should of been disqualified 0:08 waves red flag no one likes to follow rules and everyone keeps going because they are heartless again he waves at 0:15 no one all drivers that kept going after he first waved the flag disqualify them and put a ban on them entering derbies here for 20 years drivers should learn red means stop immediately not stop when you decide you are ready to stop
Officials have no idea what the flag colours mean, red, black and yellow all at the same time? Even children could work it out, why can't you? And open the damn doors or the arena, half open means half gassed to death for the audience.
I know this was 6 years ago, but sometimes it's kinda difficult to tell when adrenaline kicks in. I've definitely had a time or two where I kept going simply because you don't notice what's happening.
Lawrence oliver no different than monster jam or in door motocross, motox, or so cross. they all have indoor shows. I would assume there is plenty of fresh air ventilation.
I was going to say...there is at least 8 ventilation fans on the ceiling, and two, possibly three garage bay doors open. All visible ar differet times in the video.
and if those are all pre 1970's none will have any smog system worth a crap. Definitely no catalytic converters! I bet most of those people ended up with migraines’ the next day. lmao~!
this is an enjoyable and fun sport - and it needs to be safe as well. this was not smart. too small an area, too many cars out there at one time, too much horsepower for size of 'track', not enough crowd protection, barriers not anchored, need an air horn to let drivers know when to stop-start, no access for emergency personnel and vehicles, carbon monoxide not being actively vented, inexperienced track personnel, and shall I go on?
Probably wouldn't have been any rollovers if the track was wet. Being in the grandstand and getting blasted with flying mud at least once in your life is part of the tradition up here in Minnesota.
guy waves red flag drivers are like teens oh who cares lets ignore the red flag. the drivers that did that should of been kicked out and banned from events here for life red means stop simple as that you want to ignore red flags that's you choice but it is not safe interesting how heartless many of these guys were I assume teens? or were they acting like teens
I can't believe they let #83 keep going. On the first countdown he was flying across the track on the count of 6. Should have been disqualified immediately.
One of the best shows on youtube I've seen! Right on!
I love this derby.
Good cars, very hard hitters!

the first 6 seconds i knew this would be a great heat
Thanks Krissy, this was great . seeing old cars going at . Fantastic ! . Of course out in the open would be much better, but hey still great to see, this old stuff. Thanks again.DAMAGE...........

Every car in this demo had a badass motor
Great derby! That's how more events should be. hit hard and put on a show.
Yeah, too bad most people sandbag their way to the prize. I have never seen you sandbag and thank you for always putting on a good show.
pretty good but drivers do not seem to know what red flag meant he clearly waves it at 0:08 and 0:15 and drivers did not stop right away
That's one of the best I have seen in a long time with all the rollover, the most that I have seen in one
terrible idea to have this indoors.. I bet everyone was high as shit leaving this thing lol
Or almost dead
whiterthan hitler look at the lights in the room. See how sky blue it is? Thats from the exhaust. That is poison to our lungs and those parents in front of the guy she have left instead of complaining so much. Lol
The first 5 seconds already a roll over!!lol
yeah i go to that show and they always put on a great show that blue and white caprice almost blue out my ear drums it was so loud and when it was over we went down and looked at that car and it had an LS motor in it and it had late model stuff inside it , the clutch , the brakes and the gas pedal

wow 3 roll overs good derby. I know its 70s and older but What build class is this ?
I never so a derby like that even that's insane hits dude
Someone is gonna end up getting killed here. They need a loud horn or siren to alert the drivers
They have cages welded in and they really arnt going fast at all. So the chances of getting killed are really really low
@@dickfitzwelliner2807 Until the refs are running in to help someone in an emergency like a rollover or a fire and have someone smash a car into them because they didn't see them on the other side
The need more beer
UK dd is far more brutal
@@spike7269not really. We have some hard hitters in Minnesota
Love the CLASSICS
I'm glad nobody was hurt when those two cars came through the barricade about 30 seconds into the video.
Anyone else notice the safety crew member trip and roll @ 6:30?
our local derby had a bunch of loaders and trucks lay on their horns when the red flags waved
still not a patch on the English banger racing scene
Good heat. That was some great hitting.
Wtf engines were they running? Those weren't stock. Beasts! Good vid, the best I've seen so far.
i wish our derby s wher this crazy good hear in alberta
I feel like a few of those cars aren't 70's or older. A couple of them seem like crown victorias to me or something as they were in the 90's.
Best way to start
I wonder what the CO level is in there.

what is up with that? i've never seen so many roll overs in one show. cool video
Something in there is just screaming above all. I'm pretty sure that it's the blue and white car.
The brown car was screaming pretty good also
I don't think red 83 intended on rolling anyone over. He was trying to win the $1000 mad dog prize. Number 36 ended up winning it.
Every derby driver worth his salt knows you always go at 6
Did that red car get kicked out cause of him jumping the countdown?
Nope, he didn't.
you would figure that he would have, but maybe they go by different rules.
Might have miss heard the count down from loud engine.
yea, maybe, never thought of that.
About how many times do you derbie a single car?
As long as it is in good shape, and can still run, it can run for years, depends in how you build it
Cody Laird yrs ago we had a 56 chrysler savoy ran it in demos for 2 yrs between dorny park n reading fairgrounds
The video started out great, a false start before any flag wave and a complete track breach and car ontop of car
Anybody gagging watching this?😷
(Why would they think of doing a demo derby indoors with no ventilation??)
Detroit steel son! We were once something.
A fight starting with guy in blue car and guy in red car top right corner, 12:00
1980 or older? Not a single car in this was 1970 or older.
I'm not sure if the title was the same when you read it, but I see it as "70's and older" and I did see a clam-shell wagon in there which is 1971-1976. Not to say there are 1960s cars in there or not, I don't know.
These kinda sound like IMCA modified motors...
thay need to wet the track a little
Pacific nowthwest drivers ever gaing to have a border wars type of thing with the mid west guys?
several drivers should of been disqualified 0:08 waves red flag no one likes to follow rules and everyone keeps going because they are heartless again he waves at 0:15 no one all drivers that kept going after he first waved the flag disqualify them and put a ban on them entering derbies here for 20 years drivers should learn red means stop immediately not stop when you decide you are ready to stop
Maybe not 20 years but at least disqualified. It's also kinda hard to see the flag with all the cars and dust everywhere
true
LOVE THIS STUFF!
awsome

kdda baby aka the biggie banger committe
I think the idea of having an event like that indoors is ridiculously stupid.
first hit makes a red flag but no one care..they all just keep going... that's a real derby
Kind of insane not to have airhorns for safety
clearly these drivers don't believe in following rules more than once drivers decide to ignore the very obvious waving flags meaning to STOP
I know this was 6 years ago, but sometimes it's kinda difficult to tell when adrenaline kicks in. I've definitely had a time or two where I kept going simply because you don't notice what's happening.
Robbie good job 36
Krissy Jaeger is this in ages or car years
This is car years, as in made in 1970 or before.
+Krissy Jaeger 1970s* There's a Clamshell Wagon in there, has to be at least a 1971.
Eugene Shillingburg and there's 90's model crown Vic's In there so it can't be 70s and older
All this class means is you can run anything you want from 1970 to present
Love seeing the old cars go at it. Especially when they hit that hard.
Wow that's a slam fest!!
70's cars my ass!! WHY were there 2 or 3 early 2000 or late '90s Crown Vics in this!!?? Keep it real with '79 and older cars.
Most likely because they have full body on frame construction, like cars from the 70s and older.
cool that are good
Red car should be disqualified for that. Took off before they even said 1 and hit a car that didn't even move in the process.
Cause the track is not wet down they r flipping
Guy didnt evan have her started up paid all that 💸 and loaded it up
I'll bet these guys were sore the next day!
The boy needs to be quiet so the there people can hear the truck's and guy's
Poor guy did not move
So all the flag guys on the opposite side see the guy going straight towards buddy that was about to get plowed and don't wave their flag? WTF?
wtf inside derby be lots of carbon monoxide poisoning
Lawrence oliver no different than monster jam or in door motocross, motox, or so cross. they all have indoor shows. I would assume there is plenty of fresh air ventilation.

that one red car should get an award
Smash for cash really there's a derby show in Ohio that's called bash for cash and it's 20 times better than this
that track is way to dry
and if those are all pre 1970's none will have any smog system worth a crap.
Definitely no catalytic converters!
I bet most of those people ended up with migraines’ the next day. lmao~!
lol
notice the gut in beige or tan getting up to block the view for other so rude hope he was kicked out for it

Please don't.
These guys ain't got any chill
Воронеж выиграл, короч
bash for cash and Glenwood and alix and mostly demo is fuckin way better 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
I RAN in the Bash and I can tell you, this looks WAY more fun than that snooze fest of a show
way to many roll overs...wet the track a little.
zach husk89_4 pussy
Totally agree just for safety reason before someone gets killed
