Randy cox in your opinion there not classic cars but thats exactly what the old timers said about 55--57 Chevy's for example or Chevels or 60's Camaros. Try building something instead of smashing

It is for the battery cable. During derby everything gets knocked around as you can imagine so having a way to pull a battery cable in a hurry is nice.

Not sure on the motor as it was my buddies car. But it was a mopar. More than likely a mopar small block. That is all these guys like to run out here.
