    Elbrus is the clear winner if you're in Europe. Elbrus probably has the best overall performance as well.
    (M7 close runner up but costs more)
    The esee & tops are a bit expensive here.
    Elbrus £125
    M7 £175
    Esee 6 £200 +
    Tops longhorn £240 + a terrible sheath that needs upgrading so like £300 after you get a kydex sheath for it.

    There is nothing more manly than a knife

  • @DanielRichardKiy
    @DanielRichardKiy Год назад +3

    Matthew 6:19-21 - You only need one knife, so one of these should do.
    Mark 10 - If you were down to just one knife in your collection, and God were to give you a dream where He told you to get rid of it, would you?
    Luke 6:24 - If you already have a decently sized knife collection, and God were to give you a dream where He told you to get rid of the whole lot, would you?
    John 14:1-4 - Going back to what you read in Matthew, if you want a cryogenically treated, 440C, Mirror Polished, engraved, Jay Fisher Paraeagle with black grips and no bolsters, that will never corrode or be stolen from you then all you have to do is ask God for one. For this to work you have to repent of your sins, and believe that all the horrible things you’ve ever done got dealt with by Jesus dying on the cross on your behalf. If you do this, even if God doesn’t give you a dream where He gives one then just know that whatever is waiting for you on the other side of eternity once you do these two things will be even better than the best knife that anybody on earth could possibly make. Stop trying to fill the God shaped hole in your heart with steel and G-10 because you can’t take any of that stuff with you when you die, so store up for yourselves Jay Fisher knives in heaven where you’ll get to keep them forever and ever. Get a knife that’s cheap enough that if someone steals it from you it wouldn’t sting too bad, but still good enough where you won’t need to keep on buying knives for at least a three year period.
    If you want the best knife that money can’t even buy then just read Matthew 10:34 and Hebrews 4:12, and then carry gospel tracts on you wherever you go. A backpack full of CSB New Testaments feels like walking around with the President’s nuclear football. It’s fun to be an evangelist, so let go of the things of this world, pick up your cross and follow Jesus.
    Happy hunting,
    Daniel Kiy

    • @D33Lux
      @D33Lux Год назад

      Ontario Rat 5 is 1095 and held up through alot of abuse. For good steel and good price D2 steel, its tool grade steel and tough, holds a good edge. VG-10 Japanese stainless, but good quality. Sandvik 14C28n good too. Depends what you use your knife, fixed blade or folder. For folder any of the above and AUS 8 for budget steel, AUS10 better quality than AUS 8. Morakniv knives are good carbon steel for an excellent price, but folder knives don't hold up for hard use over time. Hope this helps.

I've mistreated that knife, its got marks on the back of the blade from hammer strikes.
