I watched why the Chicago Bears fell apart in real time. It was the aftermath of the Commies hail Mary win. That loss was %100 on the coaches, yet Eberflus publicly blamed the players. This instantly cost Eberflus the locker room. The day after began the flood of leaks from Bears "insiders" (the players themselves) complaining about how frustrated they are, how there's no leadership, want to be coached harder, calling flaws in the organization etc. Also in the games after this you could see players playing with low effort, giving up on plays, not executing the way they were at the beginning of the season, especially the defense (Eberflus's side of the ball). When a coach says "need to execute better" this is coach speak for "my scheme and playcalling were good, the players are the ones that didn't do their jobs." and Eberflus says this after every embarrassing loss. The players have completely quit on him.
Facts, don’t forget to mention the fact that Shane Waldron is a nincompoop who cannot call plays on offense to save his life. His offense lacked any sort of creativity and for whatever reason he refused to scheme up routes across the middle of the field where Caleb has been doing a lot of his best passing recently
I don’t think it needs to be 13 minutes. I think it should just be like 13 seconds. It’s probably the most simple question you could answer. Fire flus and we would be better. simple as that.
