Statistically, DV situations are the mostly deadly for police when arriving on a scene. This dude is armed to the teeth. EVERYONE is in danger.

I have nothing against guns being from the south and my family owning them but people with assualt records, especially records with domestic violence and assualt, should never, ever be allowed to own a gun or even live on the property as any guns. Needs to be just like a felon.

Right! It pissed me OFF when she didn’t tell them! I know many law enforcement officers with little ones at home that they need to make it back to and for this dumb broad to protect his stupid ass and risk our officers is LOW. If you look up officer shootings on RUclips you can see many incidents where they do traffic stops or report to a scene and they end up getting shot at. I WISH they would have caught him with a gun in the car while drunk maybe then they would have arrested him and locked him up for a long time.
@Jessi j this guy gives signals to me of someone who will isolate her, who will make her believe he is right all the time and will tell her things like her friends are not good enough for her,, theyre using her or they are jealous of their relationship and he will then move on to her family telling her how she doesnt need them in her life, she will be eventually be on her own and have no one, only him. Men who do this are very insecure and will break her down with constant emotional abuse she will not be able to see the damage he is doing to herself and the kids. She will be walking on constant egg shells with this guy
All this would have been done over a slow process and she wont even realise whats going on even if she is fearful of him. The isolated bubble she is in will blind her from how dangerous this guy is for herself and her kids.
She will be his little robot and lap dog who cannot think for her self and everything she does has him at the fore front. He will use gaslighting tactics to make her feel like everything is her fault, he will belittle her that her confidence and self worth is non existent.
I dont know much about the dynamics of their relationship as i havnt watched teen mom in years but i wouldnt be surprised if this hasnt been happening.
People don’t abuse their partners because they’re drunk. Yes, alcohol can make an abusive person MORE abusive. But in no way does alcohol cause people to attack their partners.

Emily Frederick my father was like this, but it was a learned behavior for him because his father did it to him as well. He always had the capacity to be abusive, just only came out when he was drinking.

Another problem I have is that he's clearly been abusive to the kids for some time now and jenelle only calls the cops when it's done to her? Are the kids not reason enough?

Sorry to say but I saw this one coming from a mile away. As a victim of physical and emotional abuse many years ago, I could see it in his eyes. David's blank eyes and the way he speaks to Jenelle and the children are those of an abusive personality. Jenelle is so scared of the situation but I think she can't handle the idea of being alone. I sincerely think she wants to keep her family together and her marriage together. Things will not get better unless David comes to some spiritual awakening or receives serious mental help. Something happened in his life that has cause him to act this way towards women and Jenelle has been through so much. Really sad and I pray things get better for her and her kids. Get out Jenelle and start loving yourself again, it's never to late to start fresh, focus on the kids and the makeup line.

Its crazy how you explain the "black eyes" as a survivor of DV more than a few year's ago the last time not the 1st 2nd or 3rd time but the last time I was assaulted by my ex. All I could remember were the black eyes.

Also, anyone remember when they were at a Teen Mom event with a bunch of the other cast mates and David got pissed because they didn’t have the type of alcohol he wanted to drink so he declared that he and Janelle were leaving..... and then proceeded to bust out A KNIFE AND SLASHED AT THE BALLOONS that were in his way?! 😱 He’s creeped me out from day 1 but that was some next level psycho shit.

DV laws and CPS here in the states are TERRIBLE which is why guys like him are able to get away with doing this sort of stuff for so long.

What I find disturbing is the overshare in David’s Instagram. He’s posting vids where Jenelle is clearly uncomfortable and he’s overly trying to show things are fine. Gaslighting overload. I want to hope those pics of Jace and Barb are old cause if I were Barb that’s when I would be talking to police about what happened. It’s just so cringeworthy!
TJSkye N yeah I was about to say the same thing myself. He’s been posting a lot these last couple days. Like he’s trying to make all seem fine and dandy. I wanna say (of course I have to go back and check Babs IG to be sure), but I really think the pics of Jace soccer game was old and not current. And most of the photos he’s posting, he (or Jenelle) has already posted from way back; he reposting things. I also find it odd Jenelle is being quiet on her social media’s. The only thing I’ve seen posted from her was those clickbait articles in her IG story. David has also turn off the comments on each of his post too.

2.) a drunken misunderstanding/drunken dramatic phone call...? Weren’t there a bunch of kids in the house (sleeping or not that ain’t cool )
3.) didn’t hear about her facial surgery less than a week ago but she was probably put on narcotics for this and she was drinking on top of them ?
PLEASE tell me there was a sober responsible adult there at this drunk bonfire/party they were having. God forbid they accidentally started a house fire with the kids inside.

janelle needs help. i know everyone thinks her mother is a saint but this all starts with the way janelle grew up. in every relashionship that girl has been in she always cries i just want you to love me. we seen how cold her mother was to her when the show started. she needs to find a way to feel love from herself and grow stronger and stop looking for it from men. i pray for her and her kids

No ones saying Barbs a saint. Far from it. A lot of people have had fucked up childhoods but they get their act together & quit blaming everything & everyone else. She’s not 16 anymore.
Jenelle has had multiple opportunities to get some counselling and whatever kind of help she needs & get her life together. She’s had more opportunities than most with the money she makes & access of doctors / therapists through MTV. She doesn’t seem to have much interest in doing that though.

She’s in another horrible relationship (probably the worst one so far) , she’s popped out 2 more kids she can barely handle , she has no relationship with her mother that is raising her son, she lost permanent custody of Jace , smokes pot while pregnant with her daughter,she’s moved herself & her children out to the middle of nowhere with a man who is obviously mentally unstable , who controls her & is abusive towards her & the children , she’s following strangers home & pulling a gun on them with her son in the truck , CPS has been out to see them , the 911 call that just happened from David abusing her in some way.......need I go on ???

Drunken misunderstanding? Girl, come on dont use that as an excuse for violence. Its scary to think what David does to her when hes sober. We all knew this would happen and it's a pattern for Jenelle. These men are narcissistic and are manipulative (which she tends to fall for.) She should be a single mom and be strong for her children. But it seems like she needs to rely on some man to help her through emotional break downs or issues with her mom.
What is really concerning is that in all the years I have watched teen mom, I don't think I have seen her down play an event unless she was getting in trouble with the law. For her to say that she was being dramatic is a red flag to me. I hope she will be ok.

I own guns and believe in the right to bear arms, but I also believe in Gun Saftey and something tells me these two don't practice gun Saftey hence Jenelle pulling a gun on a man, with no intention of using it, her first mistake. You never pull a gun to intimidate. Their whole life concerns me! Something bad is gonna happen one day (I pray not) but something doesn't feel right 😕

I believe neither of them should own a gun she’s a convicted drug addict with a history of erratic behavior and he has a history of abusing his ex wife and has known anger problems not to mention they both admit to using drugs just a few months back. I too own a gun but my record is squeaky clean and I take gun safety very seriously. And whats sad is they want to advocate for the NRA 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

I really hope that this news helps get the ball rolling on those children being moved into a safe, stable environment. Jenelle is sacrificing the safety of her kids because she doesn’t want to be proven wrong about David. She’s too embarrassed to admit that she screwed up again and will deny that he’s a bad guy until he actually ends up killing her. I’ve always disliked her, but no one deserves to be attacked and manipulated the way she has been, and I hope she comes to her senses before it’s too late. He really is the most terrifying person she’s been with and there’s no way she’s as blind to it as she acts like she is.
With Jenelle I think she's just repeating the cycle of being abused like she's witnessed her mom Barbra go through. Jenelle like most women are looking at men and looking at the similarities between them and her father but instead of staying away from them she runs to them and repeats the cycle.
i’ve lost a family member to domestic homicide and this whole situation just SCREAMS danger to me. i’m the last person to defend Jenelle but she’s such a victim at this point that it’s putting her life and her children’s lives in danger. the 911 call was so upsetting and seeing how quickly jenelle was to forgive him and do damage control- it’s plain to see that she won’t be leaving him any time soon. i pray for her and her babies. david is a hyper masculine predatory piece of shit.
What needs to happen in that house before CPS steps in. This all happened with 4 children in the house, anything could have happened to those children while David was in a rage. What do those kids need to go through, witness and experience before someone helps them??

As much crap that everyone talks about Jenelle (and rightfully so) this is not something that I want to talk down on her about. She is a victim of DV and David has her brainwashed right now and is very dangerous and manipulative. At this point nobody but her can make the decision to leave him. Unfortunately, this may just be the first public incident of many more to come and even scarier more private incidents that we will never know of.
MTV is enabling (sorry for my spelling) this whole family including children to suffer and live in absolute terror. David Eason being kicked off the show is not enough. Yes we all need to support Jannelle but not like this. MTV is supporting Jannelle at the cost of her children. Disgusting. Children are not pawns in this sick game where MTV profits off of her and her children's emotional and physical abuse. Jannelle herself his an abuser here as well. And will continue to be as crazy and dangerously out of line as we all saw when she pulled out that gun for no reason other then to show power and dominance over that man who road raged her with her son in the car. Jannelle is desperate for security and very clearly has been abused to the point of not making clear disisions (again sorry for my spelling) and she no longer can tell where that line is from what's ok and safe and what's not. Shes most likely suffered just too much from constant torment that her brain is wired different now. I am speaking from personal experience in the simular exact situation and the changes in my brain that have taken me years to work through. It's coming on 4 years and I'm starting to feel more myself and more back to the way I used to be. Brain injures are very serious, they happen from physical abuse and emotional abuse. I was terified I was never going to recover and be 'normal' again. I'm overjoyed to be finally making progress and I prey this young woman can get out alive and start her very long journey to try and heal her brain injuries as well. I also prey she will be able to heal.
I wonder how David is going to feel when he listens to the call & hears Jenelle say "My ex is hear" NOT GOING TO BE GOOD! & for now on whenever they say "We're fine" "We're doing good" They are NOT. David said almost the samething on TM when the producer, ask them about what happened yesterday, why are you guys upset.

Thank you for bringing some awareness to DV Grace. The most dangerous part of a DV relationship is when the abused individual tries to leave. That's why when people blame the victim and ask why they haven't left I shake my head. The question people should ask is WHY ARE THEY ABUSING. Not the other way around. As a survivor of DV myself I see this mentality all too often. I was fortunate enough to escape my situation but had to plan it out months in advance, and yes, I too minimized the abuse because I didn't want another beating, or him to realise I was making an action plan. There are reasons abused people do things they do, even if it doesn't make sense at the time.
Yes it can be frustrating and over whelming for families and friends see their loved ones "put up" with this, but they aren't aware of the psychological games and threats to theirs, their families and/or their children's lives if left either. Please seek help if you think you are being abused, there are also ways to delete browser history as some abusive mates also check those regularly. If your partner does this and you feel unsure of how to delete your browser history, ask a trusted friend or family member to do so when they are at work or with a friend. Get two action plans ready in case one fails. You can do this, you are way stronger than you think despite what has been drilled into your head.

I was shocked that the operator got off the phone with Jenelle. There are 4 kids in the house in a violent situation. I wish the 911 operator would have stayed online with her till police got there.
We all know Jenelle is over the top she could of been hitting him,and he held her down to stop her.Not making excuses for him because I am not a fan of his or hers BUT we know Jenelle. She exaggerates everything.She provokes and then plays victim.Shes had multiple fights with people follows people with her son in the car,pulls guns out on them then crys to the police and plays victims.Just because we dont like David we cant act like Jenelle is the victim

Thank you for taking a minute to help spread a little education on domestic violence! I was questioning david before but i wasnt 100% sold on him beinf abusive due to lack of actual proof. Now that we have heard it straight from the horses mouth I am extremely concerned for Jenelle and all the kiddos. Very scary the way David got her off the phone and now has her playing Pleasantville.. Hopefully Jenelle gets the support she needs to get her and the kids out safely before something serious happens 😨😨

I teach Domestic VIolence at a local police academy and I am a big advocate on educating the public. 72% of DV homicides occur after the victim has left or they were in the process of leaving. She needs to contact a DV resource center, privately, and build a safety plan to leave. It isn't as easy and just packing your bags. That would put her and her children at risk.
Also, firearms in the house increases her chance of being murdered by 20x.
Lastly, 60% of the time, the children in the household are being abused as well.
This situation is scary all the way around.

I will never forget David telling Janelle that she didn't need to talk to her Mom, and that he would also be the voice of communication between her and Nathan. He has been working to alienate her from everyone from day 1. He has every single red flag of an abuser. I’ve been waiting for this upload, I really feel for Janelle in this case. She’s stubborn by choosing to be with him but doesn’t deserve this and I don’t think SHE believed he was capable of doing this (even though we all can see he was). Beannie Girl when a woman is in a relationship like that, you probably have no clue what it’s like. You might say she knows better but, how many times has he told her he would kill her if she leaves?? Domestic violence is a bad thing to live through, it’s hard for a woman to get out of when a man is threatening your life. I lived it with my parents before my mom finally was brave enough to finally leave.

@@Annette1965 trust me I'm no stranger to domestic violence my mom and stepdad got together when I was 2 years old and didn't separate until after I was 20 my mother was shot, beat thrown out of cars and that's all in front of me my sister and my brother so I've lived through it my whole life I'm 44 now and it still affects me... sorry but I have no pity for her...

I'm a 911 dispatcher, and what people may not know that I can almost guarantee you Jenelle knew as well, that once they confirm there are weapons or a "I don't know" which is logged also as possible weaponry, that that makes the ambulance and or fire if they arrive before police, that they're not under any circumstances allowed to get out of their vehicle or help anyone until a police officer has arrived, and cleared the scene enough so it's safe. So with all her run ins, and knowledge of personal experience and being an American as I know you are Canadian, that's most likely why she didn't say yes he absolutely has weapons even though we know he does, she simply just needed medical care even if not to the hospital, and that was the fastest way to do it.
