What would her storyline even be if Ryan wasn't part of the show?! -Cheyenne: No idea because I skip her parts 😂

I feel like Caitlyns therapist is partly to blame too. Some depression therapists give you the idea that it's everyone else's fault but your own with every single subject. Some therapists enable this behavior from patients and encourage the bitterness because they tell their patient it'll 'empower' them to be rid of their depression. Caitlyn HAS TO have a backwards therapist like this for her 'treatments' to not be working. A real therapist would have told her to grow up, take care of her kids, and put on her big girl bloomers.
Yess!!! She has said her biggest fear is him leaving her. She doesn't want anything to make him realize he's way too good for her and she puts him through way too much to even be worth being with her.

Cate wrote about holding her daughter so close to her and made it about herself not what she can do to help here in port huron Michigan. Your from down river cate marine city trailer park and u wrote this happened in ur backyard. I never seen u give out turkeys or adpote a family for Xmas since u know what it's like to be poor and give back. I wish he would too. She has been manipulating him for years. While I find it odd that neither he OR Cate went back to school and gotten jobs ; even WITH TM money they should look for other ways of income eventually and I don't think the clothing line will be very lucrative when the show gets cancelled. That being said.. he seems to be a responsible and loving dad which I give him major kudos for; especially since HE didn't have one growing up. Cate is lazy and selfish..
This has probably been said already but I 100% believe Cate got Pregnant on purpose to try to save her marriage... Tyler is probably super anxious about having two children he will now be completely responsible for.

She’s so wrapped up in trying to stay alive and drowning in her depression to be aware of what it’s doing to ty and nova. She’s not doing this on purpose guys, it’s mental illness. It makes people look needy/manipulative/lazy etc. Yes there are better ways to handle it than what she’s doing but still. I feel for her.
I feel extremely bad for Nova. The poor girl has a constantly absent mother and a father who has taken over every single responsibility and is worn out at this point.

I actually think NOT having a job is what’s really messing up cate and amber’s mental health. Since they don’t really have a schedule or purpose, they kinda just fall in a slump of oversleeping and doing nothing. I know from experience of not working for a month or so, it’s extremely hard to go out and be productive. They should get a job... it’d also get their minds off of things and they’d feel better about themselves.
Lil Gucci Dress waking up to take care of the children you created is actually being on a schedule and having job and it’s a hard one, and it also gives you the best purpose in the world, even with no pay but it’s beyond worth it. I feel very productive and proud at the end of every day for raising my child and not paying someone else to do it. Maybe they are just lazy lol. Ps- i deal with depression too b4 anyone makes that excuse for them. I power through it, I don’t avoid my child or go on retreats. And I’m also a widow so I do it all alone. It is possible. These girls on the show are spoiled😖

KandyGirl Wow. I’m sorry about your daughter. That must be so incredibly tough to preserve through. I personally do not know of any legit online jobs... there may be some remote customer service jobs out there? Maybe put yourself out there part time. Temp agencies are also super helpful.
No joke. My depression got better after I got a fulltime job. I actually feel good, I wake up with a purpose every morning, and I have something to keep my mind busy. Getting a job was the biggest cure for my depression.

I would not be able to leave my daughter to go away for months on end come back and then leave again. That would traumatize my daughter and I wouldn’t want to do that to her. I don’t blame Tyler one bit for not being happy, I feel like leaving would be best for him and be healthier for him. He may love her yes but sometimes love isn’t enough.

Sometimes I think about how faithful Tyler must be. Knowing how so many of the men on this show end up getting woman messaging them on Instagram and such trying to chase them, it’s shocking he sticks by her even in moments when Cate ditches out.

If I was Maci, I would genuinely be concerned with how much influence Jenn & Larry have over Bentley, and wouldn't want him with them so much either. They dropped the ball with Ryan so hardcore- he still doesn't know how to function as a grown man & father of 2 (3 if you count his stepchild) He is the definition of a man - child. I'm sorry this might be a unpopular opinion but I don't think her adoption from Carly should be traumatic at all? For her she had an open adoption and still gets to see how healthy and loved Carly is? It's not like she gave her baby up and never ever heard a word from her again. It's getting old. And I know that sounds terrible to say because I'm sure she misses Carly a lot but she is almost what 9? She knows about Tyler and catelyn it's time to focus on Nova the daughter you do live with
I would be devastated not to have my child with me daily. Not to be able to raise her see her and know that her full blood sister will barely have a relationship with her older sister. Let’s be real. Back when Cait and Tyler had Carly they were babies. They had no idea what giving up Carly would be mean to them 10 years later. We only see part of the story and we don’t walk in her shoes.
I think she is resentful that they are now making plenty of money from the show and she wasn't aware that was a possibility when she chose adoption. Like, they didnt think they could provide for her and now its more than obvious that they could be...so that said, I understand how gut wrenching it must be. She regrets it. Clearly.
I agree that she needs to work on her feelings towards the adoption to focus more on her child that she's raising, but I do think she has the right to be traumatized by her adoption experience I'm not a parent but I have great ones that I love to death and I can only imagine what a mothers love for her child feels like. I think we need to understand that Tyler and Cate made the decision to give up their daughter because of their horrific family/living situations at the time. They had no money and relied on their alcoholic and abusive parents to survive. I don't think they ever would have imagined the money and fame they would come into when they decided to put Carly up. I think they both carry a lot of guilt because of this. I think if they could have predicted the future and known the success the show would bring them, they would have kept Carly.
And that they are not using his money for it anymore. That if she wants these trips, she needs to get a job and pay for them herself. I'm sure Tyler is becoming broke after paying for everything she wants and her habits.

I think maci is annoyed with Jen and Larry because they aren’t Bentley’s parent and they’re very overbearing. And it seems in almost every scene when Jen/Larry are alone with Bentley they are boundary stomping and overstepping as grandparents. It likely confuses Bentley and then, in turn, frustrates maci.

Once they decide if it’s a good option/affordable option for them they bring it up to Bentley to see if he wants to go. From what I’ve seen on the show: cate is milking the depression thing to not do her duties as a wife and mother. Yes, I believe she’s depressed but newsflash, so is half the country and we still HAVE TO go to work whether we feel good or not. We still have to take care of our family and put on a strong face. She’s now pregnant with another kid and she can’t even take care of the first. I feel bad for both of them. I feel like Tyler is going to,leave her which will completely devastate her. They have both had really tough upbringings so I definitely feel for them in different ways.

Her children with her husband as an adult is irrelevant to the TM story line. Yes its her life but MTV only cares about the original story line. You would think that with Tyler's Dad being in and out of jail / prison and not being around as much that she would understand how hard it is to leave a child and didn't she herself also not see her Dad that much growing up so I don't understand why she is blinded not to see how her constantly wanting to leave to go to treatment is affecting Nova Having said that from my own personal battles and demons with depression for many many years I have come to learn that treatment will never work for you if you are not 100% fully committed to it you can't just say you wanna go to treatment and expect it to work because it won't your got to want it

I will say this. I been pregnant 4 times...I have one living child that's 2. I literally had my D&C yesterday. But as sad as I am. I have to be here for my daughter. I also know my husband suffered the losses just as I have. I need to be there. For him just as much as he needs to be there for me.

I personally think that Tyler isn't in love with cait anymore but is afraid to leave her incase she does something to herself and he would feel guilty (even though it absolutely wouldn't be his fault and I also don't think she would) but at some stage you have do what is right for yourself and your child, and while nova is still young he needs to get full custody and rare her to only know a happy loving home so she can grow up to have a happy fulfilling life and healthy relationships. They gave up carly so she wouldn't have a crap childhood like they did but are giving that life to nova and the new baby. It's very sad to see, I just hope Tyler gets the strength some day soon to do what's best for himself and his little girls.

Imo Cate is just so exhausting to watch these days. Kudos to Tyler for not snapping and separating from her yet. I totally get that Catelyns trauma from growing up has affected her as an adult and giving away Carly has for her at least been a regret that she has deep down. Imo I think the best thing for them would have been to have a closed adoption so it forces them to move on because clearly having Carly in their life but with minimal contact is holding Cate back from living her life. I believe she deep down doesn’t even realize it but resents Nova and when she looks at her all she sees is Carly and what could have been. Cate hasn’t developed a proper attachment to her daughter and that at some point needs to get addressed. What Cate doesn’t seem to realize or care is that she is doing the exact same thing to Nova as her parents did to her. I’m not sure if Cate is just so deep in her depression that she can’t make these connections and is in denial or flat out just doesn’t care and is self centred. I use to root for Cate and Tyler and thought they had it the most together maybe besides Maci. But as a viewer their segments are difficult to watch now as I find myself getting annoyed but the constant excuses of Cate AND Tyler. He tries his best but he is 100% an enabler. He can’t blame everything on Cate when he is part of the reason she is getting away with half of what she does. She emotionally manipulates Tyler every time he tries to bring something up that she doesn’t want to deal with and claims is just “too hard, the trauma is too much” or she eludes to the fact that if he leaves her she will kill herself. I hope they can figure out this difficult part of their lives together and finally move on and start living their lives bc right now Cate is simply existing and not living.

Totally agree about Tyler being an enabler to her. I was proud of him for saying "I want to see more walk and less talk" but it's not enough to just say things like that, he's got to put down boundaries with her about the type of behavior he will or won't accept, for both him and Nova's sakes.

Since the show's inception, Catelyn has never been motivated to do anything. Previously, she would lie about enrolling in college, future endeavors, and would mimic Tyler's sentiments. Now, she openly doesn't care: she doesn't mother nor take care of herself (weight gain, "mental health"). With this second baby things will get worse.
No cate it’s the fact that you’ve let yourself go from 140 to 340 lbs, disappeared for almost a year to watch Netflix in a halfway house so you could “work on yourself” and THEN threaten Tyler w suicide if he ever leaves you. The fact she has to threaten suicide to make her guy stay is sad and sick enough like if she really doesn’t want to be involved in the lives of her children and husband she should sign over rights and venture off to the double wide trailer she’s meant to be in, to be alone where she can “work on herself” as long as she needs to and Tyler can properly father independently and find a woman worth his time, unlike her he is a catch.

You called that a while ago...with the separation anxiety. That she can't see it at all is kinda distressing....if they didn't have this show they would be screwed. She is unable to work and he would have walked long ago. I suffer from major manic depression and it ruined my life. I was uninsured and now at 33 years old I am trying to glue all pieces back together. Catelynn needs to realize that she is the poster child for mentle illness and is just wasting everything. It pisses me off that I can't get a spot in a residential and she treated it like a vacation . people like that are why the ones like me suffer. Money talks...they get the spots. I have a confession to make. I don’t watch Teen mom, I think I only saw a few episodes of the first season when all of the girls were pregnant so that’s how I know them but that’s all. I found your channel a couple of weeks ago and I’ve been binge watching all of your teen mom reviews.... I can’t stop. Im with zack. Cheyennes coparenting goes beyond coparenting. She and cory do errands together. They go to baby gym classes together. Not everything has to b together and some of it should include zack if she really wants him to b in their lives. The guy even offered to go with her to visit corys family! The fact that shes so against it says a lot! No guy in his right mind would put up with that level of closeness to her ex!

I said it before and I'll say it again. Cate uses rehab as her vacation getaway. She goes to this expensive spa like rehabs and when she gets out does not go to her follow up outpatient aftercare. Then goes back to her fancy rehab again. She doesn't think or care what it does to Tyler or that poor little girl. Now she gets pregnant again so guess who will be going back to rehab for her postpartum depression. I'm done with Cate. Tyler needs to take Nova and get rid of Cate and if she is pregnant he needs to just take the baby.
And she uses her depression as an excuse to smoke MJ, after it proved that it doesn't help her. Lets be honest - she uses her depression trump card to get the three things she loves most - MJ, vacations, and undeserved sympathy.

Caitlyn drives me crazy... Seen an old clip of her going on about how if she "adopted a baby she would do absolutely anything for the birth mum for giving her such an amazing gift". Having a dig at the mother who adopted her child because she didn't have an answer for them about visitation. I'm like Gurl... You choose to put your child up for adoption because you didn't have a stable home and wanted to get an education. Didn't achieve this but did have the opportunity too because of the adoptive parents. Now Caitlyn thinks the birth mother O's her for giving HER child a stable loving home... 🙄 Is she for real?
Poor Tyler, with time he looks even more miserable and I don't blame him. If we get tired of Cate imagine Tyler??? He deserves so much more than that. He is so busy taking care of everything because Cate leaves everything including her daughter. He needs to leave her before he is dragged even more into that misery. How much more therapy does she need?

Ive noticed that every person Maci or Taylor speak to ask about Ryan or bring it up. Bc unfortunately when you have a junkie in your family they do get all of the attention..even if it’s negative attention. Who said that Taylor ever put his hands on Bentley? And I believe that was a short piece of a very edited conversation between Taylor & his mom. Taylor adores Bentley..& is by far a better role model than his biological father. And he’s never tried to replace or remove Ryan from the family-Ryan did that all on his own. If Jen & Larry hadn’t been such a big part of Bentley’s life than I doubt he would even know Ryan at all. Taylor is an excellent stepfather & Maci is a great mother. She would never allow someone to abuse her child or even overstep.
Chelsea is a pretty good mom. There are many teen moms who are good moms and good people. This show portrays a lot of teen moms as being immature when it's only the few girls on the show being immature.

It gets up to 118 degree . People literally leave a pan of cookie dough in there cars and by the time they get off work there’s fresh cookies . And it’s dry heat so your skin starts feeling tight if your in the sun for too long . I think she just wants to get away from nova and then some .
I’m sure Macy and Taylor had been together for a while, and gotten serious before she let Taylor discipline Bentley lol. The way he said it, I could see how it could be interpreted, but I don’t see Macy letting some guy she barely knew boss her son around. And I’m not a Macy fan lol. I just see the other side of it. My son was two years old when I met my husband (he is 10 now)

But as a mother who’s been in the EXACT position Macy was in when she met Taylor, I see that side of it. 10:35 Taylor literally said he had to earn Bentley’s trust and then once he did, and he would discipline Bentley, that Maci backed him up. I don’t see anything wrong with that. If they wanted to be together, get married, and raise a family then yes as the man of the house he will have to discipline the kids and Bentley as well. And Maci AND Taylor would have to show them they are the adults and they need to be respected. There’s a difference between a man coming into the home and being a loser and being abusive to the kids and a woman allowing them to treat her kids like crap and a man who disciplines lovingly, and wants to become a step father to a child. 🤷🏼♀️ I seriously don’t see an issue..
I've had it up to here with this show. I've moved on to 90 day fiance and love after lockup. They are giving the same peope too much airtime and it's ruining their lives. Imagine if they had moved on years ago from these cast members, imagine where their lives would be now ... not just financially, but as a whole.
Remember the days when Farrah used to shout about how it was her show, she made the whole thing, the rest of the girls were nothing without her being on the show and we all used to laugh at her, call her crazy, hate on her, hound MTV to fire her and look at the situation now... I can barely manage to get through an episode without completely zoning out, it's so boring and nothing at all is happening. Honestly can't believe it and I'm embarrassed to admit it but I think Farrah was onto something 😳
Or it could be that this show should've ended ages ago, they aren't teen moms anymore and they all live boring ass lives just like everyone else. Farrah really didn't add anything special, she was just as boring.
The show feels different to me now not because Farrah is gone (because I never ever watched her part) but since they switched to the 5 girl format. Some segments are literally 15 seconds. I think the fact that these girls are nearly 30 has something to do with it but it also would have been better if they would have stuck with the original three girls instead of add two more chicks.
I don’t think that Farrah made the show what it was-I just think that the show has naturally run it’s course. The moms know it to however whenever they speak of leaving they get tempted with more money, trips, etc. And now if they walked away they would be leaving a show that prob feels very much like it’s their show & it wouldn’t be ending-they’d be handing it over to Bristol & Cheyenne. Or who knows maybe worse..maybe Mackenzie & Ryan! Gross🤢 The MTV producers know all of the parents & grandparents well enough to manipulate them into staying. But honestly, the show is so over..not only bc they aren’t “teens” any longer but bc their lives need to progress without cameras surrounding them. I feel like maybe they just don’t know anything else but the show..? I mean, it’s usually hard to leave your 1st “job” right? But I think that Amber (along w/ Gary & Kristina) is slowly getting there..& off camera Maci likely is also. When 1 of the OG moms finally gets the courage to really leave (aside from Farrah bc she wasn’t part of their click) -they will finally all quit. And IMO, the Teen Mom 2 moms should be right behind them. Bc that show has also run it’s course & the addition of Brianna didn’t go well..unless they were going for a Jerry Springer type feel..? And MTV really shouldn’t even want to show a hateful, neglectful “mother” like Janelle to the world anyway.
Shannon Hubbard 100%!!! Plus, I think most of them wouldn’t be able to go out and get a regular 9-5 job for more than one reason. Seems like most of them are accustomed to a certain type of lifestyle that they now have to maintain. I almost feel bad for these girls because they had no idea what they were signing up for when they were 16. No one really did actually because it was only supposed to be a one episode thing of 16 and Pregnant and it blew up into something not even MTV expected.
Cate is a joke as a mom..when my girls were young if they couldn't go I didn't go..she is setting that baby up to go straight to drugs..( not at all wishing it) she has the addicted personality on both sides, but Cate doesn't care in her eyes its all about Cate!!!!! And another thing poor Tyler is gonna snap..that poor kid has absolutely too much on his plate!! I feel like Caitlyns therapist is partly to blame too. Some depression therapists give you the idea that it's everyone else's fault but your own with every single subject. Some therapists enable this behavior from patients and encourage the bitterness because they tell their patient it'll 'empower' them to be rid of their depression. Caitlyn HAS TO have a backwards therapist like this for her 'treatments' to not be working. A real therapist would have told her to grow up, take care of her kids, and put on her big girl bloomers.

She’s so wrapped up in trying to stay alive and drowning in her depression to be aware of what it’s doing to ty and nova. She’s not doing this on purpose guys, it’s mental illness. It makes people look needy/manipulative/lazy etc. Yes there are better ways to handle it than what she’s doing but still. I feel for her.

I actually think NOT having a job is what’s really messing up cate and amber’s mental health. Since they don’t really have a schedule or purpose, they kinda just fall in a slump of oversleeping and doing nothing. I know from experience of not working for a month or so, it’s extremely hard to go out and be productive. They should get a job... it’d also get their minds off of things and they’d feel better about themselves.
Lil Gucci Dress waking up to take care of the children you created is actually being on a schedule and having job and it’s a hard one, and it also gives you the best purpose in the world, even with no pay but it’s beyond worth it. I feel very productive and proud at the end of every day for raising my child and not paying someone else to do it. Maybe they are just lazy lol.
Ps- i deal with depression too b4 anyone makes that excuse for them. I power through it, I don’t avoid my child or go on retreats. And I’m also a widow so I do it all alone. It is possible. These girls on the show are spoiled😖

KandyGirl Wow. I’m sorry about your daughter. That must be so incredibly tough to preserve through. I personally do not know of any legit online jobs... there may be some remote customer service jobs out there? Maybe put yourself out there part time. Temp agencies are also super helpful.
No joke. My depression got better after I got a fulltime job. I actually feel good, I wake up with a purpose every morning, and I have something to keep my mind busy. Getting a job was the biggest cure for my depression.

I agree that she needs to work on her feelings towards the adoption to focus more on her child that she's raising, but I do think she has the right to be traumatized by her adoption experience
I'm not a parent but I have great ones that I love to death and I can only imagine what a mothers love for her child feels like. I think we need to understand that Tyler and Cate made the decision to give up their daughter because of their horrific family/living situations at the time. They had no money and relied on their alcoholic and abusive parents to survive. I don't think they ever would have imagined the money and fame they would come into when they decided to put Carly up.
I think they both carry a lot of guilt because of this. I think if they could have predicted the future and known the success the show would bring them, they would have kept Carly.
Tyler needs to stand up and tell Cate no, we are not leaving the state for therapy.

Once they decide if it’s a good option/affordable option for them they bring it up to Bentley to see if he wants to go. From what I’ve seen on the show: cate is milking the depression thing to not do her duties as a wife and mother. Yes, I believe she’s depressed but newsflash, so is half the country and we still HAVE TO go to work whether we feel good or not. We still have to take care of our family and put on a strong face. She’s now pregnant with another kid and she can’t even take care of the first. I feel bad for both of them. I feel like Tyler is going to,leave her which will completely devastate her. They have both had really tough upbringings so I definitely feel for them in different ways.

I personally think that Tyler isn't in love with cait anymore but is afraid to leave her incase she does something to herself and he would feel guilty (even though it absolutely wouldn't be his fault and I also don't think she would) but at some stage you have do what is right for yourself and your child, and while nova is still young he needs to get full custody and rare her to only know a happy loving home so she can grow up to have a happy fulfilling life and healthy relationships. They gave up carly so she wouldn't have a crap childhood like they did but are giving that life to nova and the new baby. It's very sad to see, I just hope Tyler gets the strength some day soon to do what's best for himself and his little girls.

Imo Cate is just so exhausting to watch these days. Kudos to Tyler for not snapping and separating from her yet. I totally get that Catelyns trauma from growing up has affected her as an adult and giving away Carly has for her at least been a regret that she has deep down. Imo I think the best thing for them would have been to have a closed adoption so it forces them to move on because clearly having Carly in their life but with minimal contact is holding Cate back from living her life. I believe she deep down doesn’t even realize it but resents Nova and when she looks at her all she sees is Carly and what could have been. Cate hasn’t developed a proper attachment to her daughter and that at some point needs to get addressed. What Cate doesn’t seem to realize or care is that she is doing the exact same thing to Nova as her parents did to her. I’m not sure if Cate is just so deep in her depression that she can’t make these connections and is in denial or flat out just doesn’t care and is self centred. I use to root for Cate and Tyler and thought they had it the most together maybe besides Maci. But as a viewer their segments are difficult to watch now as I find myself getting annoyed but the constant excuses of Cate AND Tyler. He tries his best but he is 100% an enabler. He can’t blame everything on Cate when he is part of the reason she is getting away with half of what she does. She emotionally manipulates Tyler every time he tries to bring something up that she doesn’t want to deal with and claims is just “too hard, the trauma is too much” or she eludes to the fact that if he leaves her she will kill herself. I hope they can figure out this difficult part of their lives together and finally move on and start living their lives bc right now Cate is simply existing and not living.

You called that a while ago...with the separation anxiety. That she can't see it at all is kinda distressing....if they didn't have this show they would be screwed. She is unable to work and he would have walked long ago. I suffer from major manic depression and it ruined my life. I was uninsured and now at 33 years old I am trying to glue all pieces back together. Catelynn needs to realize that she is the poster child for mentle illness and is just wasting everything. Im with zack. Cheyennes coparenting goes beyond coparenting. She and cory do errands together. They go to baby gym classes together. Not everything has to b together and some of it should include zack if she really wants him to b in their lives. The guy even offered to go with her to visit corys family! The fact that shes so against it says a lot! No guy in his right mind would put up with that level of closeness to her ex!

I said it before and I'll say it again. Cate uses rehab as her vacation getaway. She goes to this expensive spa like rehabs and when she gets out does not go to her follow up outpatient aftercare. Then goes back to her fancy rehab again. She doesn't think or care what it does to Tyler or that poor little girl. Now she gets pregnant again so guess who will be going back to rehab for her postpartum depression. I'm done with Cate. Tyler needs to take Nova and get rid of Cate and if she is pregnant he needs to just take the baby.
And she uses her depression as an excuse to smoke MJ, after it proved that it doesn't help her. Lets be honest - she uses her depression trump card to get the three things she loves most - MJ, vacations, and undeserved sympathy.

Taylor adores Bentley..& is by far a better role model than his biological father. And he’s never tried to replace or remove Ryan from the family-Ryan did that all on his own. If Jen & Larry hadn’t been such a big part of Bentley’s life than I doubt he would even know Ryan at all.

Chelsea is a pretty good mom. There are many teen moms who are good moms and good people. This show portrays a lot of teen moms as being immature when it's only the few girls on the show being immature.

Being from Arizona I find it so strange that Cate is so obsessed with Arizona . It’s literally too hot to do anything . Even swimming is too hot to do on some days .

It gets up to 118 degree . People literally leave a pan of cookie dough in there cars and by the time they get off work there’s fresh cookies . And it’s dry heat so your skin starts feeling tight if your in the sun for too long . I think she just wants to get away from nova and then some .

The way he said it, I could see how it could be interpreted, but I don’t see Macy letting some guy she barely knew boss her son around. And I’m not a Macy fan lol. I just see the other side of it. My son was two years old when I met my husband (he is 10 now)

But as a mother who’s been in the EXACT position Macy was in when she met Taylor, I see that side of it. Like I said, I’m not the biggest Macy fan...BUT, as a mother who has ALWAYS put my children’s interests above anything else, I can tell Macy was the same way. In this situation at least. The sexiest thing to a single mom is a man who’s amazing with her kid(s). I’m sure Taylor didn’t waltz in with an “I’m the boss now” attitude.

10:35 Taylor literally said he had to earn Bentley’s trust and then once he did, and he would discipline Bentley, that Maci backed him up. I don’t see anything wrong with that. If they wanted to be together, get married, and raise a family then yes as the man of the house he will have to discipline the kids and Bentley as well. And Maci AND Taylor would have to show them they are the adults and they need to be respected. There’s a difference between a man coming into the home and being a loser and being abusive to the kids and a woman allowing them to treat her kids like crap and a man who disciplines lovingly, and wants to become a step father to a child. 🤷🏼♀️ I seriously don’t see an issue..

I've had it up to here with this show. I've moved on to 90 day fiance and love after lockup. They are giving the same peope too much airtime and it's ruining their lives. Imagine if they had moved on years ago from these cast members, imagine where their lives would be now ... not just financially, but as a whole.

Remember the days when Farrah used to shout about how it was her show, she made the whole thing, the rest of the girls were nothing without her being on the show and we all used to laugh at her, call her crazy, hate on her, hound MTV to fire her and look at the situation now... I can barely manage to get through an episode without completely zoning out, it's so boring and nothing at all is happening. Honestly can't believe it and I'm embarrassed to admit it but I think Farrah was onto something 😳
Or it could be that this show should've ended ages ago, they aren't teen moms anymore and they all live boring ass lives just like everyone else. Farrah really didn't add anything special, she was just as boring.

The show feels different to me now not because Farrah is gone (because I never ever watched her part) but since they switched to the 5 girl format. Some segments are literally 15 seconds. I think the fact that these girls are nearly 30 has something to do with it but it also would have been better if they would have stuck with the original three girls instead of add two more chicks.
I don’t think that Farrah made the show what it was-I just think that the show has naturally run it’s course. The moms know it to however whenever they speak of leaving they get tempted with more money, trips, etc.
And now if they walked away they would be leaving a show that prob feels very much like it’s their show & it wouldn’t be ending-they’d be handing it over to Bristol & Cheyenne. Or who knows maybe worse..maybe Mackenzie & Ryan! Gross🤢
The MTV producers know all of the parents & grandparents well enough to manipulate them into staying. But honestly, the show is so over..not only bc they aren’t “teens” any longer but bc their lives need to progress without cameras surrounding them. I feel like maybe they just don’t know anything else but the show..? I mean, it’s usually hard to leave your 1st “job” right?
But I think that Amber (along w/ Gary & Kristina) is slowly getting there..& off camera Maci likely is also. When 1 of the OG moms finally gets the courage to really leave (aside from Farrah bc she wasn’t part of their click) -they will finally all quit.
And IMO, the Teen Mom 2 moms should be right behind them. Bc that show has also run it’s course & the addition of Brianna didn’t go well..unless they were going for a Jerry Springer type feel..? And MTV really shouldn’t even want to show a hateful, neglectful “mother” like Janelle to the world anyway.
Shannon Hubbard 100%!!! Plus, I think most of them wouldn’t be able to go out and get a regular 9-5 job for more than one reason. Seems like most of them are accustomed to a certain type of lifestyle that they now have to maintain. I almost feel bad for these girls because they had no idea what they were signing up for when they were 16. No one really did actually because it was only supposed to be a one episode thing of 16 and Pregnant and it blew up into something not even MTV expected.

Cate is a joke as a mom..when my girls were young if they couldn't go I didn't go..she is setting that baby up to go straight to drugs..( not at all wishing it) she has the addicted personality on both sides, but Cate doesn't care in her eyes its all about Cate!!!!! And another thing poor Tyler is gonna snap..that poor kid has absolutely too much on his plate!! I feel sooo sorry for him.😑...and my last thought is Maci, she is probably afraid of what Jen & Larry is gonna lay on Bentley next, I personally think they talk to him about too many adult subjects..I think they should talk to Maci about these things 1st !!!!
I bet Nova felt the love as they were singing and blowing out candles on a birthday cake for an absent Carly. Catelynne constantly talks about Carly while Nova is desperately trying to get some love and attention from her mummy. Carly is gone, she has her family. Pay attention to what is right in front of you Cate, you are setting Nova up for her own mental health issues due to childhood trauma

I think Cate parents from a place of 'if I'm not like my mom was, I'm fine'. A lot of addicts kids end up in that pattern, but it's fixable. They just need people (kinda like like Tyler funnily enough) to be full on honest, and brutally so. Tyler hasn't been honest enough, never mind her saying he's too abrasive lol
