I have had this happen to me when it got out that I no longer had my fiancée living in the home, and I was alone with 3 small kids. Unfortunately, you almost never get over it. At least I haven't. This happened years ago, and to this day I do not sleep soundly. You just never know what someone is going to do. There is crazy people out there. Everyone should always be aware of your surroundings even inside your own home.

A similar thing happened to my mum and my sisters and i when i was little and luckily we didnt wake up but i know it took my mum a long time to feel ok again. You will too but itll take time. Do whatever u need to do to feel safe and maybey consider talking to a professional about it hun. Wishing u all healing ❤
Jenelle. This happened to me, slider and all in my 20s, while I was home, the only thing that stopped them was the safety pin in the sliders and the were yanking in with such force, the metal pin was bent. They never caught the person. I was home, it was like 10 pm, lights on, watching tv.
Yes! When I was about 10. I was babysitting and I saw out of the corner of my eye the shape of a person in the window watching us. The person was sitting on top of 2 doors that open and go into the basement. I was frozen with fear!! I couldn't look straight at them because I didn't want them to know I was aware. I saw the person move and then they disappeared. I BOLTED for the doors to make sure they were locked! I then heard the doors he was originally sitting on opening- he was coming into the effing basement!! This whole time I had one of the kids talking to 911 and they were enroute and I was playing whack a fucking mole with doors and windows. I am sorry for what happened to you. I am intuitive and feel very strongly this was not accidental and someone is purposely trying to scare you. I can see who but won't say publically. Please be careful.
