    Weight lifting, fasting and refraining from processed garbage really turned my life around. It’s absolute insanity how addicted people are to food. No one realizes this until they try implementing any changes.

    Thank you, I fully agree. My whole world changed when I stopped eating chemicals that’s stocked in the majority of major chain grocery stores. Whole foods changed my life.

    Looks great for 66, skin looks very well. Most people in their 60's have wrinkles and neck skin is loose. He can shave and would look 50. But what's really important is how you feel and are your organs and digestive systems working correctly. I already eat in about a 6 hour window but need to eat cleaner.
