    I skip breakfast every day. I drink black coffee with butter and eat my first meal at mid day. My last meal before 6pm. Thank you doctor

    Please answer this for me, I move my stool every time after I eat. About an hour later. Is that normal?

      Certainly not the norm. There's obviously a specific reason why the food transition is that pronounced. It sounds like an intestinal problem. See your doc!

      Do you see any of the food you just ate in your stools? If not you may have the right elimination process. It should be normal for all to eliminate the number of meals we eat in the day. If you eat 3 meals - 3 times, eat 2 times - 2, etc.

    Is it a bad idea to have non fat yogurt with blueberries first thing in the morning, or is the sugar in blue berries bad in the morning (for someone with high cholesterol and diabetes)?

      Non fat yogurt has a lot more sugar than regular yogurt

    No milk, but eggs are ok ? And no juice ? Are you serious ?! Dumb

      It's all about the different proteins and whether we are capable of digesting them. Eggs are universally digestible, but milk stops being digestible for adults. So you're effectively diverting energy which could be spent repairing cells, digesting food your body can't actually use.
      Edited to add: some people have problems digesting the casein in cage/barn produced eggs, where chickens don't have access to sunlight or various omegas from free range foods. If you have leaky gut then you'll have a problem digesting these kinds of eggs. However, the good dr's video was all about healing poor gut health, in general.
