How do you make that float and do you sell them
It is easy to make my friend. I use the thick female slippers bottom/sole. Cut to shape and size. Put a big enough hole half way down for a 2 ounce running sinker. Seal it with hot glue and then use your needle to fish the line through it.
And no my friend, I don't sell them. Whenever I get the materials, I just make enough and give whoever need one on the bridge.
