I remember as a kid my grandfather told me to become a fisherman you have to be broke in to become a real fisherman and you should only fish the waters of the world 🌎 for survival to feed yourself and Family and community people who need food and like eating fish 🐟 So he broke me in one day him and some old heads fishermen when I hook 🪝 on to a big one by some boats in the water, and they would not help me with this big fish that was about to pull me in the water and they were acting like it was funny 😊🤣 and told me I will not help you until you get the fish 🐟 up close to see 👀 in the water 💦 than I will help you pull it up with a net, and that day I became a fisherman bringing the big one in, and that's what made me a true fisherman as a kid fishing the water 💦 with my grandfather and the other old heads who all was being funny about it and I took it as a joke they were playing on because it was not funny 😊🤣 at all because I was a kid and the fish was very strong and was about to pull me in the water 😊. Depending on how you prepared them, the taste can be enjoyable. Most of us here put them on the grill, curry them, or make soup with them. As for the bones, they are big bones and easy to pick out unlike some other fish.
