To make a long like you did we didn't have to unroll them we just folded it one more over from where it was and instead of doing the top part of it we did the sides when you did The cutting for the measuring out we went with the vertical cut and it gave us four. When I did it the other way by accident that's because I did it on the top and on the bottom instead of the you probably did it that way because you're refunded it but we never opened it up to fold it again.. I'm using it for seaweed under the sea
