Great information, sorry I am new and really confused with INC File because they said will include a letter from the commisioner of the state of California...but I living in Virginia and I need to pay my state taxes here too. Is that matter?, or they use my application address to apply for a LLC in Virginia.
Also if I want to open a business account in VA, can they ask why my LLC is created in another state if INC files use just California?. I will appreciate your help, thank you.

Not just a regular business license, but my consulting if I need an electrician license to get a license for my business… I work like subcontractor..

Honestly not 100% sure. My guess is business license first then get your license/permits to be an electrician but let me know what you find.

I'm so confused I've changed my name 2 times now I have a EIN but it's registered to the old name and I can't open a bank account till I fix that and fill out my article of operations but Idk if I can do that or if I need to wait for the irs to get my new name associated with my EIN
