If Bulma was actually a fighter, I'm pretty sure she'd be given the Videl treatment
I love that you kept her and Vegeta getting together, in so many What If Bulma became a Fighter stories I’ve seen she ends up with Goku or stays with Yamcha, but honestly her and Vegeta still makes so much more sense. Vegeta has stated he loves Bulma because she’s a strong willed woman so Bulma also being a fighter is like a cherry on top of it! I also love how you insinuated that in this version Vegeta made the first move cause in canon I think it’s obvious it was Bulma so it’s a fun twist on their relationship.

I'm gonna be real honest, I think seeing Trunks die and Bulma getting hit by Cell would PROBABLY trigger Vegeta to getting Super Saiyan 2. Like, he would have such immense rage and anger build up from the sight of it that he'd go into the form and, while maybe not being able to beat Cell himself, he'd probably weaken Cell enough to where the beam clash between Cell and Gohan is more one-sided to Gohan's advantage.

Love this premise! I feel that Bulma would be a SERIOUS threat if she was a fighter since she is also literally the smartest human on earth (she would probably be more rational, level-headed, and a master tactician on the battlefield, as well as have potential "backup gadgets"). Also love the idea of her training Gohan since it would make sense that Goku would entrust his best friend to look out for his son.
Lol. Love how you had her end up with Vegeta like in canon because I feel that Vegeta would be even more drawn to her due to her being a fighter. Oh! And love how you made her a badass fighting mom instead of having her simply settle down as a housewife like most shounen do to their female characters. Lmao. Also, getting many "THAT'S MY BULMA" moments would be the icing on the cake 😂
