Ome thing that always confused me is how was everybody revived that king piccolo killed? The dragon balls back then can not revive multiple people at once and cant revive someone dead longer than 1 year. So how exactly did both roshi and choutsu get brought back?

King Piccolo killed the dragon, then later, Kami revives the dragon so they didn't have to wait one year to make the wish.
I don't remember about the rule about reviving multiple people.
