There is no way you should call it an onsight. You are one of the best climbers at this point - You, as a inspiration for many people who want to climb - should stand in the first row for ethics in climbing and share this knowledge - you dont need to gloss over your ascents!!
Damn, AG1 sure is becoming the most annoying brand in the outdoor/ fitness industry. I totally get that it pays the bills to do the ad and it's good that Will have some additional support. But man, this multivitamin is a scam, overpriced and they don't even put the exact amounts of vitamins on the package, not to mention no research to support multivitamin use... They are in every climbing channel that I like now and every ad sounds the same, I guess they send the athletes exact scripts. Amazing climbing content, as always!

I don't like the way AG1 is trying to get to active people by selling the lie that every good athlete out there takes it and feels any difference. The same was with different CBD oil brands who sponsored many climbers. And again, they don't even provide a real ingredients list on their website...

So in general onsight is counted if it’s your first time on a route and you have no beta or knowledge. QuickDraws don’t really effect it as there are so many routes like this one that have perma draws.
I have actually been on the route once a couple years ago! I did all the moves bar the mono cruxs and I didn’t try the top wall. Would love to go back for it one day though

Great video, and some really lovely locations! I think you should strongly consider wearing earplugs when you're in a very noisy spot like next to that waterfall. You can damage your hearing if you're exposed to moderately loud noise for hours at a time.
At Dolby surround there is only one other route a 8a, but there is lots of other climbs and sectors with all grades all over the valley! Definitely worth a trip :)
@@WilliamBosi would be nice to hear your thoughts on it as i wanted to climb "Still waters run deep" and there seems to be controversy over the start of the (supposedly 7B) boulder after a landslide, which had me confused.
So I did that partly as the only repeat on the route said 9a but it felt way harder to me so I reckon it’s 9a+ but as I didn’t send I can’t say for sure

What’s the process of onsight if the quickdraws are all placed? Did someone go up and place them first or were they permadraws?
