Should You Play Dying Light 2 Stay Human In 2024?

- Hi I'm Calzee! Now Dying Light 2 didn't receive the best reaction from players when it first released in February 2022. Since then, it's safe to say that Techland has put in effort to improve the game with various well-received updates, the biggest being the recent 'Reloaded Edition' update. So i believe now is the best time to review and play this game! Let's find out if it's worth playing!

Has the physical effect of water in the game been improved? Specifically:
Are there ripples when walking in a pond?
Are there ripples when swimming? Or is it still as basic as when it was first released?
I didn't see these features tested in the video, so I hope to get a reply from you after testing. Thank you.
I don’t have the game installed anymore but there were ripples when I played, now I don’t know if these are the same effects as to when the game first launched.
Either way, they are there - maybe a little basic.
came to it after playing a lot of dl 1 and oh my god what is going on with the voice acting and writing in the side quests?? also the sun being just a few images makes it so wierd to figure out when it will be day or night
Im currently playing through Dying Light Enhanced Edition and I'm absolutely loving it! I have plenty more to play too with The Following Expansion pack and all the DLC. I fully expect to pick up Dying Light 2 also so thanks for the updated review.

I can’t even play it I’ve been playing DL2 since launch now since they added guns game won’t allow me to start a fresh new game + neither will it launch my old and only save it plays the intro goes to the mains screen lets me press the buttons to start a new game then crash back to the Xbox 1 Home Screen
That’s strange, I played on PC so not entirely sure…
@@Calzee I think my game is messed up because I actually decided to stay human in every play thru the only inhibitor used was the one hakkon forces on u I had like 80 something unused inhibitors and was on a 8th new game plus hard I don’t wanna delete my character and start a new one I want the one I’ve been thru the mud with to continue the fight lol
I even reached out to tech land support aaaand nothing nada
I just brought dl2 so I’m just starting lol
The "stay human" is just a tag line dude 😂 not a title 😂😂😂
Well it is, it’s like Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.
If you search up dying light 2, stay human is in the title.

Also since vid is directed towards people who don't already own the game it doesn't hurt to have full title. shrug.

2:27 you say parkour system is incredibly realistic and in the same moment on the screen is so unrealistic grabbing a billboard and climbing up the building 😂
Yeah more so the parkour is realistic because it’s temperamental on purpose and you have to focus on movement as well as stamina. It’s not 100% accurate. Unlike most Assassin’s Creed games where you’re dancing all over the place.
