How to capture everything during bidding

Make sure you take the time to ask the client, the architect, Designer , and the subcontractor about the intent of the design and what was bid in the process. They will usually be gaps in the scope, and it’s your job to find those gaps and help bridge them by having conversations about what was left out, why and who is responsible for it?
