This dude is super down to earth I met him at the gym once in florida and he was a boss. Took time to talk to me about iron and life. Deserves the hype.
I feel like most men would be scared for their gf to suddenly start gaining weight after they're so lean but hes just rlly supportive which i really appreciate. Makes me learn to be like that someday with whoever I end up with. Your a good role model to young men out here Jeff
Have you ever been in a long relationship? Probably not? When two people have been together for a while most don’t really care. Especially if they’ve been together for so long.
Those men are the type I stay far faaaaaaar away from. You never know what may happen in a person’s life that affects their weight, getting lean or bigger. It could be out of their control and they develop hypothyroidism which can equate to weight gain and if my partner were to break up with me because I gained weight, well that is a superficial person who doesn’t understand that weight gain doesn’t define a person.
As someone who struggles with their relationship with food, the fact that he is doing this with no anxiety about the calorie content or the junk food blows my mind . I hope one day im there
I'm sorry if this is just repetition for you and I don't want to impose my values onto you, but the main key is your workouts. If you're not into weight lifting try different things. At some point when you're getting in 3-4 workouts per week you will build muscle and burn more calories just by doing what you did before, just sitting around but also doing physically challenging things. I love that they did this video! It's not about being thin, it's about feeling good. Being fat isn't bad because you're fat, it's because you feel shit and you're not able to do normal things like catch the bus in a clutch. FEEL GOOD! Anyway I wish you all the best! Also try savoring your meals. Sit down, in a calm setting where you're able to concentrate, close your eyes and just feel the taste and the food saturating you. It feels really good if you let it!
I always eat based on what my body wants. My weight doesn't fluctuate a lot due to that reason. I have treats everyday, the key is i also eat a lot of whole foods too because otherwise I wouldn't feel satisfied. You don't need to eat only healthy foods to meet your nutritional requirements. If you eat 2000 calories a day getting 300 calories from junk food won't affect you. If out of 2000 only 500 come from an actual cooked or raw meal then that isn't healthy. I have noticed that if i restrict myself too much I will end up snapping and binge eating on junk food. The problem is that will have a bad psychological effect on you, because eating 300 calories from junk feels way less bad than getting 1000 calories from it even though you restricted youself up to that point.
@@Crymble I'm pretty sure they have restrictive eating disorder and I dont know if I'm misreading the situation or something, but telling someone with a restrictive ed to workout more when they probably are already working out way to much and pushing there body way to far, or telling them to eat slow when a lot of people with eds have literally food tics that make them have to chew a set amount of time and eat the smallest bites or they will get extreme panic attacks, is probably not a good idea. Again idk if I'm misreading the situation or something, but I understand you are trying to be helpful all I'm saying is this might have been triggering or hurtful to someone already struggling

Wilfy Derfliw The choices aren’t not great, but given the context it makes some sense, it’s easy for athletic people to lose weight, so overeating and gaining too much weight is easier to deal with, I imagine that people suffering from an eating disorder would have a tough time tracking everything and being organized, so having no restrictions at all makes starting the journey easier. If you can stick to a more regular system then that would likely be better, but this seems like a quick and easy solve if you were athletic and skinny rather than just skinny.

I had to go all in when I developed hyperthyroidism after a really hard cut. 5k cals was where I was at to maintain weight without dropping too drastically. All whole foods and some crap thrown in for help. When needed, it was easy. I would eat 200g of oats and be starving 30 mins later. So happy that’s sorted now. And I’m back to bulking on 3000cal

If you use regular milk it’s satiating I realized when I went vegan and tried to eat cereal with watered down nut milks i could eat like the whole ass box
@@interestingwow6425 that may also be a result of the mill's fat as I assume you are referring to whole or 2% and not fat free since you mention nut milks being watered down in comparison. If that's the case, depending on the nut milk used, the regular milk could have had as much as 5 times the amount of calories per cup making your body desire it from another source when you switched. Basically, if you wanted to give the nut milk an even chance of being satiating, try an equal amount in terms of calories, be that crazy guy with five cups of almond milk for a serving of cereal, haha!!
Looking at the 3 pic side by side of Steph, I can honestly say that she is at her best form now after having gone all in. I love you both for emanating positivity on your channels and always look forward to your posts.
The only thing that I find weird about it is how she looks identical in size in both pics, except for her stomach/waist. She needs to tell us how she managed to lose weight only from the part of her body where is not considered attractive to have body fat.
It’s very normal with extreme water retention/bloating when going from underweight to gaining very quickly. You’ll see this with others who have gone through the same thing, where the body loses body fat is genetic.
@@damarisanell Probably because when you're bloated your stomach increases most in size. I personally wake up with a flat stomach a lot of days which can increase a lot in size, especially before I get my period, while my legs and arms become only slightly bigger. And when you watched her videos when she was at her highest weight you'll see that she talked about being bloated etc a lot.

We can’t treat everyone the same with the same cookie-cutter meal plan - regardless of their gender. Great vlog. P. S. Stephanie is glowing from within. So happy for her. And, happy that she’s always had your support. Just inspiring all around.
This made me feel so comforted. I am all in as well, and trying to get back into fitness after gaining all of the weight back is sooo hard without falling into anorexia again. So I originally clicked this because my fiance and I have started trying to improve our fitness and nutrition over the last few months, and I thought this might be something she might find interesting later. Turns out I think I needed this video for me. I'm a recovering alcoholic, 48 days today (but who's counting?), and for the last idk 5 years I've barely ever eaten anything but a like banana for breakfast, a cliff bar for lunch, and then when I got home from work, consume 2100 calories in beer(I actually counted towards the end, that is not an exaggeration) plus a big ole heavy dinner and endless snacks to make up for being hungry all day. Now that I'm not drinking, I struggle to both remember to eat much before 4 pm, or even if I do eat something, being able to eat much more than I used to eat normally, which is causing me to have very similar results with my dinner and snacking as I used to (I even get up in the middle of the night and "sleep eat", with no memory of doing it until I see the kitchen in the morning, which is a new behavior). Seems like I still have a lot of research to do, (I'm american, and do manual labor for work. I don't even know what a health insurance card looks like) but it's good to have an idea what to start looking at to help figure out how to make my body accept more than 500 calories in the first 10 hours I'm awake every day
Congrats on being sober! So, your memory problems might be because of low vitamin B1 (thiamine). Alcohol lowers your ability to absorb B1 and you probably weren't getting much anyway because a lot of your calories were coming from beer. If you want your memory to get better, I would take 1000 mg B1 three times a day for 3-4 weeks at least and also pick up a multivitamin. This is the amount of Vitamin B1 necessary to get your level of vitamin back to normal and should help with your memory problems. B1 is temperature sensitive though, so if gets above above 80 degrees it will start to go bad (so if you leave it in a hot car, it will be much less effective). Hope you feel better!

@@mikeyvesperlick6982 Carbs can be satiating depending on which you consume, i.e. rice and some breads. Pasta also seldom makes me satiated, which is why I barely have it nowadays.
Same for me with white pasta, but I find wholegrain pasta really satiating. It keeps me full for hours. That's because those are complex carbohydrates. Try it if you feel like it!
Cuz you’re not getting enough protein! Try adding some lean ground beef or ground turkey next time! If you eat about equal parts pasta noodle and meat you should feel pretty satiated :)

I can't imagine not eating breakfast it really sets the tone for what I want throughout the day and I have no energy till I eat it. I've never found oats that satiating and if I had just that I feel like I would be hungry right after...

"cereal is deceptively satiating" are these people from a different species!?
I know I can eat 10 boxes in one sitting!
Fr i cant drink 1 litre of Milk but if i have cereal i can finish a gallon Milk with the whole package cereal
I think it has to do with digestion. 2slices of bread satiates me more than 10+ oz of meat 😅
I swear, if they have kids, they will be the most aesthetic kids in the school
Mmm
That's a weird way to put it.. and a weird thing to say in general.
Dude, you’re clearly So much happier with Steph around
Looking at the 3 pic side by side of Steph, I can honestly say that she is at her best form now after having gone all in. I love you both for emanating positivity on your channels and always look forward to your posts.
@James H what is funny?
@James H you find something funny here?
Proof - what one person needs to feel full is completely different from another person and what they need to feel full. We can’t treat everyone the same with the same cookie-cutter meal plan - regardless of their gender. Great vlog.
P. S. Stephanie is glowing from within. So happy for her. And, happy that she’s always had your support. Just inspiring all around.
Seriously theyre one of the most wholesome and real couples on this platform
I though the title said, “I attempted to eat my girlfriend (new diet)”
HAHAHAHAHA
😏
This made me feel so comforted. I am all in as well, and trying to get back into fitness after gaining all of the weight back is sooo hard without falling into anorexia again. Luckily my body looks beautiful, and self love is truly the key to getting into a balanced life. My goals are to maintain wellness, not a number.
You two are seriously so supportive of each other, it's awesome to see! Glad you're back together!
I can just hear Dr.Greg's veins throbbing in the background...
Incoming rant for 15 minutes shouting at the camera as his gf eats skinnypop & "doctor" douche caps it off trying to sell his cookbook where his anabolic french toast recipe is only special because of the high protein bread you have to use.
Alotta Fugina
That’s why I’m your Doc, Moron!
@@alottafugina9116 Where does the "Doctor" Greg thing come from, anyway? Is that a code word for felony conviction or something?
Alotta Fugina the advantage of the recipe is that you can use any bread. He literally calls it “REGULAR ASS BREAD”. Watch a video or try the recipe before you insult it
@@steelmongoose4956 he used to say "I'm not a doctor" in every video intro and people strated meme-ing it
I love the way you treat each other , it’s so cute and authentic ! It makes me so happy to see you two reunited!💕
I don't even know what a health insurance card looks like) but it's good to have an idea what to start looking at to help figure out how to make my body accept more than 500 calories in the first 10 hours I'm awake every day
48 days sober is amazing ! You should be very proud of yourself. Keep up the good work.😊
Thank you all, your words mean worlds, still going strong (depending on the day lol) at 64 days happy to report
Every time the camera went to Steph I was just like damn. She’s so beautiful. She is absolutely glowing.
Wow I absolutely love Jeff and this video just confirmed how incredible he is. The love and connection he has with Stephanie, the knowledge, the understanding, the compassion, he is just all around great. Stephanie, came to watch this video because of you and I am glad I did. Keep doing you guys and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
when is Stephanie gonna try Jeffs 10k Calorie Kiwi Challenge
Too many kiwis

Honestly Steph looks great now and even better than 1 year ago. And, even more importantly, has better dietary prerequisites for optimal mental health.
He looks so much happier when he is around Stephanie
for some reason when i eat pasta i don't really feel satiated, i could always eat more of it
Barely fiber, barely protein, many pasta varients don't even got any fiber. Carbs are the only non satiating calories

You're a legend Jeff! Just goes to show how warped your physiology and mindset can get with chronic dieting ... it's not an easy feat to crush that much food daily when you're well fed, but I can say from experience that after dieting it feels like you just have this big void. Thank you for always being a huge supporter of Steph and others going through this and bringing light to a topic that seems really dark for a lot of us going through it. You're a big help :)
I feel that.
Cravings after the end of the diet are hard.
But if you stick to the protocol you'll be alright :)
I really love Stephs journey and Jeff being so supportive of her. I am going my entire reverse diet after metabolic from 15 years of yo-yo dieting and binge/purge tendencies, I am actually more and feeling great but it’s a journey!
Can't believe how stunning Stephanie looks!!! She looks healthier but, most important, she looks happy!
Glad that you guys are together again!

I loved watching this- stef looks incredible and the process clearly worked for her!! Just one comment on how this was said to be a mostly "whole foods" day. i wouldn't consider donuts, ice cream sugary cereal, cheese puffs, processed burgers, fried sushi and mozza sticks to be whole foods! this would be a Highly processed day for me. lol
I can't imagine not eating breakfast it really sets the tone for what I want throughout the day and I have no energy till I eat it. I've never found oats that satiating and if I had just that I feel like I would be hungry right after...
Mix in whey powder or vegan protein powder if you are one. That way you will feel satiated
