essence font can proc ur ancient teaching i feel like u make it difficult for urself if u focus on jadefire xd
EF is quite inefficient spell so avoiding it in M+ is advisable which leaves Jadefire as the other option. I still press EF every now and then, especially if your buff is falling off and for some reason Jadefire is on cooldown but generally you should not be doing that if you are fistweaving. If you watch some of the high rated monks streamers, they don't even have EF on their bars :D
@@thelegendbehindthecow yea u right it is to avoid using it but in pu sometime ur tank move for no reason cant compare with the top 50 play and u lose ur jadefirestomp i think it can help to notice EF proc ancient teaching
