Lara and Igor even sang duets (yes, Igor is also singing 😂).
Lara is a star in Russia, since the mid 90s and her hit Je t’aime that had a massive success in Russia and the whole eastern europe and is still in all karaoke lists there.
Then at the end of the 2000s she started the collaboration with Igor and became his artistic muse.
They wrote an album together titled Mademoiselle Zhivago who was another great success in russia and extended Lara’s fame there.
But this one is a cover though of an old Igor’s classic he wrote for Alla Pugacheva. An absolute russian classic.
Dimash also covered it and so did he with a few songs of Mademoiselle Zhivago: Mademoiselle Hyde, Love of Tired Swans, Know/Vocalize.
Lara and Igor even wrote a song directly for Dimash: Your Love.
I loved the woman in her 30 year with her intensity and her vocal performances.
I loved the 40 year old with her willingness to discover many different musical styles, always with a fabulous voice.
And I love the woman in her 50s who has managed to preserve her voice through hard work, adapting to the evolution of her voice while retaining that little bit of enthusiasm and complicity that makes us melt.
