    Murph would be my fave workout without a barbell. 😁
    Or any workout that has HSPUs.

      Nathan McFall I like hero wods....so out of the hero wods I've tried so far, Murph would be the easiest for me. 🤣🤣🤣
      You should do Murph! There's also an annual Murph Challenge you may join in as well. It's spicy fun! 😁
