great tips and advice! I've kicked up and fallen several times that I just became really scared and I just avoid trying anymore. Can't wait to try all these drills!
first time i did it i was scared ngl, 3rd time i fell awkwardly but only bruised my foot. learnign how to fall out of a wall stnd (for me it was letting one leg down first) was the key

I lost the fear and was able to handstand. 1 year into lockdown, back to fear. 🙄
If I could handstand, I would like to do it at Trolltunga in Norway. Google it and check out the view 😊
