    You are so goofy. I love it. Great tutorial. Ive been wanting to work on this. I’m going to try out your suggestions. I’m a 62 year old crossfitter/runner. Running 3 1/2 years CrossFit 1 1/2 years. I have a great coach that loves the sport like you do. Thanks.

    Bike helmet -- genius! I needed this video + that hack 6 years ago, LOL! Thank you, Ben :-) Also, that clip of the female athlete at the very beginning made me realize that I can repurpose the foam mats I have in my basement for pinning out knitting projects for HSPU. Why the HECK didn't I think of that??! I mean, I do have a balance pad, an abmat and a great exercise mat that I routinely use, but still: those mats are something I can also utilize. It's these simple ideas that can be total game-changers, too. I love your channel and your programs

    Thanks bro! I can do max 3 strics HSPU and sometimes max 3 strics HSPU with 45lbs deficit

    Been scared to do HSPU for about 3 months now. Tried to do it in a wod for the first time and when I locked up at the top some how I pulled something in my neck. Yes it sucked... for weeks.

      Try and kick up with your hands placed on the ground. Might be a bit easier.
