These students don't even realize how critical the steps they are learning are.. they are mumbling past steps that I want to know. However, I definitely don't agree with using 2 completely different machines for a boot up process.. You should have 2 of the same hard drive imaged, 1 with Win7 and 1 with Win8 and then you could have just replaced the hard drive and truly shown the difference in boot time.
