just do all 5 major upper body movements. So horizontal push+pull, vertical pull, horizontal push upwards and downwards. In exercises that is Push-up, Row, Pullup, HSPU and Dip. If you cant do pushups for example just do an easier variation

I am overweight and want to start with calisthenics.. I've heard advices like first go to gym to lose weight and then start with calisthenics or do cardio first etc. What should i do?
I don't know if this can help you but try the progressive overload (do a research in ytb) In a session, you will do like for example 15,15,15 so the next session you try to hit 16,15,15 and the next one 16,16,15 and with the time your number of reps will increase Hoping i helped you

Would you consider high volume calisthenic movements to be better for hypertrophy compared to weighted calisthenics at more moderate reps? I personally do weighted dips from the 8-12 range so I was wondering about your thoughts about this compared to your 100 dips method.

It's depends if it efficient in specific situations. Gym is far from my place, so I need to prepare some gym attires + getting into the traffic and that going to take quite a bit of your time 🤷 I just do calisthenics at my room and get things done much more efficiently.

I used to follow his exercises - and I still do - and I wanted to have a body like his, but you must use your mind to brain logical goals.
