      Push-ups and pull-ups/australian pull-ups. It’s not that complicated

    • @lennart4686
      @lennart4686 5 месяцев назад +4

      just do all 5 major upper body movements. So horizontal push+pull, vertical pull, horizontal push upwards and downwards. In exercises that is Push-up, Row, Pullup, HSPU and Dip. If you cant do pushups for example just do an easier variation

      I don't know if this can help you but try the progressive overload (do a research in ytb)
      In a session, you will do like for example 15,15,15 so the next session you try to hit 16,15,15 and the next one 16,16,15 and with the time your number of reps will increase
      Hoping i helped you

      In short, decline push ups, pike push ups, and handstands, but I would do high rep declines, or add weights to stay in the 8 to 15 rep range, and 3 to 4 sets.

    Great video man, I really enjoy your content. I have a question though, do you always get sore the day after training triceps? I'm not sure if it's a bad sign if I don't get sore, but I always beat myself up about it if I don't, because I think I'm not growing if I'm not sore, how much would you say it matters?

    Would you consider high volume calisthenic movements to be better for hypertrophy compared to weighted calisthenics at more moderate reps? I personally do weighted dips from the 8-12 range so I was wondering about your thoughts about this compared to your 100 dips method.

      It's depends if it efficient in specific situations. Gym is far from my place, so I need to prepare some gym attires + getting into the traffic and that going to take quite a bit of your time 🤷
      I just do calisthenics at my room and get things done much more efficiently.

      @Ashes-gw7xn
      He's been gone for a month and has already gained 10kg, which is crazy. He said it could be mostly fat and water, but if you look at his body he's not getting crazy fat. Most of these gains were from muscle. A normal person cannot gain all this weight in just a month. Secondly, before he disappeared, his skin was clear and beautiful. After this month, his skin became full of acne, and this is an indication of the use of juice.
      I want to point out that I don't hate this person. I once considered him a role model. I used to follow his exercises - and I still do - and I wanted to have a body like his, but you must use your mind to brain logical goals.
