Brian: Again, just a very thoughtful & thorough review. Great sales pitch for motorcycle riders to consider scooter for comfort & safety! We really have been missing the boat in the US as to the benefits of scooters, (good for you mentioning the attributes)!👍🏻 Really liked the info at the end regarding your notions of how Honda has specked the intervals between oil changes and why? Made sense to me! Best, Rola (Oregon)👍🏻
Just got a Honda Forza 300, and loving it. 2014 with 14K miles. It does Interstate freeways just fine, up to 80+ mph. Gets 60+ MPG. Fun to ride. Mine had a starting issue that turned out to be needing to pull the left brake lever extra-hard to get 2 clicks before it would start. I'm not going to "fix" that, because turns out it's a great anti-theft feature.
I'm in England UK I'm 66 after riding big bikes I purchased a Forza 350 it's plenty fast enough if you don't want to lose your licence it will hit 90mph my only qualm is the suspension i enjoy riding this easy to push around I would recommend this to anyone who wants as an everyday do it all machine.
My Honda Vision 110, I always change the oil every 1,000 km (620mi) because it does not have a proper paper oil filter. The user manual says every 6000km (3700mi) which I believe is way too long of an interval. For the newer Forza 350 I believe is 12000km (7400mi) basically double.
@@brianrichard1768 Good for you! An aside: Take a look (for fun), @ the Zontes line of scooters & bikes! New Chinese entry into the market place, (unfortunately no dealers in the USA)‼🤬Anyway, their 2 wheel rides have range & everything else for the rider……new generation bikes! Kymco, Sym, Honda, Yamaha are all way behind what they’re offering for gadgets, utility & price. Thanks for listening & your videos. Best, Rola👍🏻
slower but lighter. Storage is about the same. Top speed obviously lower but still fast enough for short highway trips. It was a good bike. Comfort was about the same too.
@@brianrichard1768 thanks for replying. I currently have the Honda ADV 150 and it’s around 66 miles an I’ll run a flat road but if you’re trying to get up a hill it will drop into the low 50s upper 40s and it’s definitely not fast enough for the interstate. The Forza seems like the next step, but I wanna be sure that I get something that could handle 2-3 hours on an interstate if I needed to.
Love my 2014 Honda forza , for a 66 year old man it has all the speed and power I need and it is so comfortable

I always change oil early as well. Cheap insurance for long engine life.
Real cool review.
Great video
thanks

PS: Brian: Is it time for a 2 year review of your Forza, experiences, mileage, etc., or not? Anything new to add? Best, Rola
Was sold about 9 months ago for nice profit. It was good enough to purchase again if I find the right deal.

How does this stack up against the silverwing?

@@joshb-8810 It could do highway for longer periods if your willing to stay in the right lane.
