I now have over 60,000 miles on it, with no problems at all. A lot of those miles were at or near full throttle. The 300cc and up scooters are basically automatic motorcycles, tire size does matter. I cringe when I see people riding scooters on the freeway with those small wheels, mainly Vespa. I just picked up a 2022 Sym Citycom S 300i, it has 16in wheels, excellent power and smooth on the freeway.
This is one of the worst scooter reviews I've ever seen. Vespa never made a 350cc scooter. Their 300cc is the largest they've made. And don't know which brake lever is the front or rear brake. And you're waiting for a CVT transmission to shift. Come on!
I think 300cc is too small for busy freeways, like what we have in LA. Need at least 400. I tested the popular Piaggio BV350 on a freeway and it felt like it was going to self-destruct at 60 MPH. It's too light. Maybe that's the issue.
yeah? I live in San Diego area and ride a Piaggio mp3 500. It does ok on the freeway. I go about 65/70 most of the time but still everyone is passing me most of the time.
300cc is plenty safe for freeway riding, what really matters is weight and speed. There are 300cc that can reach the same speeds as 400's and some are faster than 400cc. Not to mention there are people who ride 200cc on the freeway without a problem.
@mustbetrue1602 silverwings are quite popular if you look them up on RUclips. And if he's already covering lesser versions of it. How does it not matter? Or are you saying only the lower power ones are worth talking about because somehow the one with double the available power is worse? Give your head a shake.
I had a 2014 Honda Forza. Disappointed is an understatement. Crappy gas mileage on freeway. 51 or 52 at 65 mph. Much less at 70. 77 mph wide open. Had the dreaded #death wobble" I sold the over rated over priced Honda. If you get a chance, ride a Kymco Downtown 300i or a people GTI 300. Do not fall for the Honda hype
Yeah that is what I thought. If you know some Spanish you can decode Italian somewhat. In Spanish it's fuerza which is also force, power, strength etc.
What is your level of riding experience? Are you tall, not so tall? I've had 3 scooters. Two 400s and a 650, all Suzuki Burgmans. Either will take you across the country if you want to. The 650 of course has more power, but they are both way comfortable and interstate worthy. All the scooters I've ever ridden have been easy to ride, though imo Vespas seem to have a higher center of gravity. Stick with Asian scooters.
I'm maybe 5' 11' and I find the 650 roomier. My 400s were nice, but soon as I sat on a 650 I realized my knees had way more room. So don't buy before you "try one on for size." I rode and enjoyed the 400s for a long time though.
"I know my way around a little scooter", but I don't know how a CVT works, lol. On the subject of the Forza though, I've got one of these, and for round town and short trips it's just about the perfect tool for the job. Incidentally, it has linked brakes. The left lever operates the rear brake and one front disc; the right lever operates the other front disc.
*Sigh* America is the only place with such primitive arrogance as "It's a scooter" Every other country as adopted just how amazing these things are for space, and gass. I ride a scooter and do so PROUDLY. The second someone runs their mouth I say "How much did your motorcycle/car cost? how many MPG do you actually get? how easy is it to repair them yourself?" Then they shut up. I didn't buy it for power, or to run over a rock in the wrong way doing 90+ and die. I got it to chill, and go get me something from seven eleven instead of taking my car.

Honda's are bulletproof.
Some of the new adventure scooters are awesome.
"Forza" is an Italian word for "strength", if I'm not mistaken.
Let's hope you're not mistaken.
Force
Yeah that is what I thought. If you know some Spanish you can decode Italian somewhat. In Spanish it's fuerza which is also force, power, strength etc.
math is hsrd
I’m planning on buying my first scooter and that seems like what I need to start with., what’s your opinion?
What is your level of riding experience? Are you tall, not so tall? I've had 3 scooters. Two 400s and a 650, all Suzuki Burgmans. Either will take you across the country if you want to. The 650 of course has more power, but they are both way comfortable and interstate worthy. All the scooters I've ever ridden have been easy to ride, though imo Vespas seem to have a higher center of gravity. Stick with Asian scooters.
I’m 6’2
I'm maybe 5' 11' and I find the 650 roomier. My 400s were nice, but soon as I sat on a 650 I realized my knees had way more room. So don't buy before you "try one on for size." I rode and enjoyed the 400s for a long time though.
Forza is an Italian term to force
"I know my way around a little scooter", but I don't know how a CVT works, lol. On the subject of the Forza though, I've got one of these, and for round town and short trips it's just about the perfect tool for the job. Incidentally, it has linked brakes. The left lever operates the rear brake and one front disc; the right lever operates the other front disc.
I hate linked brakes. I’d remove it.
*Sigh*
America is the only place with such primitive arrogance as "It's a scooter"
Every other country as adopted just how amazing these things are for space, and gass.
I ride a scooter and do so PROUDLY. The second someone runs their mouth I say "How much did your motorcycle/car cost? how many MPG do you actually get? how easy is it to repair them yourself?"
Then they shut up. I didn't buy it for power, or to run over a rock in the wrong way doing 90+ and die.
I got it to chill, and go get me something from seven eleven instead of taking my car.
Pride is one of the seven deadly sins.
7-11 ain't much better.
@@eamonnmckeown6770 You suffer from the latter. (revs up scooter out front of you house, then sprays you with bear spray as you approach)
@@crazytech5755 that's quite an imagination.
@@eamonnmckeown6770 I do have fun.
I agree with u ! I live in Missouri and I love my maxi scooters! Real men ride scooters
I'm 5 ft 7 so there should be plenty of room there for me 😂
Well, there`s no reclining on a Vespa, either;)
Aw bummer! And we're expecting to be able to have a nap during the ride!
Live it lol what state ???
We get it..... your not a "scooter" guy
Do you ship motorcycles internationally?(Ireland)
If you pay them enough they'll even ship it to the moon!
Ivdd we had every kind of bike out. Including sweet Harley cruisers. I ride my scooters more than any of them.
It means "Force"...
nice place to have speakers i guess
It means "Force"
What cc is it? And brand
It's 120,000cc and the brand is Barbie
JK it's a Honda Forza 300cc
Its Pretty Obvious this Guy doesn't know his way around Scooter as he First Claimed, or How Diverse the SCOOTER Segment is .
Their are Different Performance Levels in the Scooter Industry. Also a Scooter is a Different Type Of Beast Too. I Get the Part When You Think About A Scooter, A Picture Of A Vespa Comes To Mind . I have no hate for this guy, or Motorcycles as It was How i FIRST LEARNED TO RIDE A Motorized Two Wheeler over 20yrs ago. I MySelf am a Self Proclaimed Scooterist for 13yrs, & counting.
My Current Tool Of Choice is a 2016 Kymco People GTi 300, & its a Very Capable Machine . Im i guess a little More Practical Minded than this guy. I say To Each Its Own when it comes to 2 wheels , but how Fast do you Really need to go when your Commuting .
He doesn't know what Forza means..
He doesn't know if it has gears...
He doesn't know about the brakes...
He knows nothing...
Nice review though 😂
not bad at all
I am only 5' 7" and the legroom on a Forza is cramped. Bought a Majesty instead.
How much was the moped
It's not a moped.
How cc does it have
300cc
0-60 was about 10 seconds
Does it shift? It's a CVT.... so sorta
He says he knows scooters but doesn't know what break lever goes to what wheel. DUH !!!
You know what?
I ain't gona lie.
I have one just like that and I love I ride that more than my fatbob 114 and my ryker lol
a a drop of quallity in new ones compare to the older version
Nice scoot 👍🏼
Forza - Strength/Power in italian
this just either proves to me the speedo on my 125 is way off or my 125 is very fast, speedo went up to 80 one time.. i think its wayyy off lmao
Forza means Force in Italian.
HONDA PCX .now Hybrid
It's not Europes best seller for nothing.
It's definitely got more leg room than a Forza.even though it's only a 125
rear brake on left hand side
I have one and love it
