Its really nice to see that the boss stepped up to help someone that was going through a hard time instead of the depromoting them. I wish more bosses would do this for the employees.
Wow great message. Definitely mental health is as important as physical health, but I don't know why still people think and say bad about a person suffering from bad mental health
All your videos are very innovative. I'm a Clinical Psychologist and I appreciate how you are making a difference to life through lifetak. So motivating.
This understanding shown in the video is so amazing. Loved the act of Anushka. We all must be aware of mental health, whether it's on a personal, social or corporate level. It's very much required. Good to see you guys.... All the best
Humanity, emotional support is very necessary for mental health and peace...y d way really nice concept .In this video boss nature is really very humble for his employees..👍👏
It is nice to see that Life Tak is giving opportunity to new talent. Boss in above is too handsome & dialogue delivery is too clear. He has chances to crack bollywood
The message is quite good. And the acting is so natural. I know old actors were too good but new one ko v chance milna chaiye. Good one life tak new initiate lene k liye
Much needed topic!! There are so many who don't get support from their family and the women go through a lot in such cases. Hope people at work help eachother. Unfortunately being supportive is not the corporate world today
I like the concept. I understand that it is okay to not be okay... I have gone through such a phase in my life at a time when the concept of mental health was not given any importance. Back then I was a research scholar and I didn't have a team to support me. My work actually became my greatest support. Also the fact that if I don't help myself nothing can help me became a pushing factor in my life. I wonder whether pampering in that phase of my life could have helped me in any possible way.
I don't think so,, every one is performing so well... everyones acting skill body language is different and they are performing their character nicely.... 👍 Keep it up guys ...good going
Teamwork means supporting one another during tough times. Back-biting is a usual phenomenon, but one has to neglect all such bickering to move ahead. Rare boss in an MNC, but equally rare and exceptional was his support for his teammate. As usual, Life Tak is on dot.
if only this was the real scenario at work places... but no never.. i know what it feels like to sit inside a poorly lit ac building and life is crumbling around u.. you want to cry but you cant because there are too many people around...or you actually cry and no one notices and it makes you feel worse because even those right next to you cant see your struggling.. its so difficult to explain to anyone that your completely burnt out and cant be bothered to even comb your hair before coming to work. Its even more disheartening when instead of lending you support people even fail to see that you are not your normal self.
Good concept but doesn't happen in real life. Most of the time if colleagues or Boss gets to know that you are going through difficult time they harass you more. Maybe 0.01 % really care. I do sincerely hope that such videos make a difference 🤞
I dont know who acted well n who not but yes even i had my tough time n my off supported me like my family.. Spcly boss n his wife.. Ohhhh that was something which make me so strong jus in a day... Means i completly forgot whts happng arround n could focus on my work... So requesting everyone to support thr collegues it reqlly help building a gud culture...
The team back bitting was the real experience I had. My whole team always told me I am just making excuses even when I told them I was affected by the hard and harsh pressure of work and it was affecting my mental health and work altogether. I atleast wanted a single colleague of mine would have been supportive or understanding. Even my senior team members all were always speaking in the toxic manager and supervisors tone. I really wonder is whole corporate industry filled with such people? :(
This story wow!! Like I'm 17, a student and a writer who does scriptwriting and happy from the outside right now but broken from inside. Not any kind o typical brkup though, I've been bullied at school for 8 long years and at that time I felt left out, my parents and some teachers helped me through it, I was 6 years when it started and it continued till I turned 13. And after that at the age of 13, I got cyberbullied, a boy asked me to send him my bare photos all of a sudden... and when I blocked him, he sent me messages from other accounts.. I informed my parents again and they handled it. After that I turned 15 and some school politics ruined all of the students... it's happening till now. Somedays ago I came to know my bff is bisexual and she loves a girl, I told her not to get into these things.. nah I'm not homophobic, it's just that I read some harsh brutal endings of lgbtq people, but now I realised it and supporting her though. But the main thing is I'm such a person who is depressed from inside but the most laughing person from outside. I make others laugh... yes I do, I motivate others, I listen to others but I need someone to listen to me too... so I started writing stories... which are based on social problems and which happens in real life, like I wrote about a raped girl's mental thoughts, a dr mother during corona, first love, home violence and many more, and right now working on toxic parents. I right now work as a scriptwriter too... it feels good to share it. I can do it over here bcoz here none knows me personally and it feels light after sharing it. Love your content.
Your content is 👏. Keep it up!😊🥰. We need more of this content to educate people about this serious issues of professional help instead of back bitting and not helping someone who is going through tough time
YES! It's ok not to be ok...Life can change overnight... Beautiful episode and casts... Super performance...👌👍❤️ Read the comments below some... Always give chance to new seed to grow and appreciate the old... Everyone needs a chance...
There are some behavioural signs of bad mental health which the boss could caught fortunately and provided moral support to her but unfortunately everyone doesn't, not even our family members in most cases. Alongwith Biology, Psychology as a subject should be mandatory in schools. We need to be properly educated about mental health and spread more awareness about mental well-being. Thanks Team Life Tak for such an educational video. Please produce more such videos about mental health.
Mental health is a very important issue....Anushka's character is so soo sooo real.....
These guys were good, but We miss the older cast!!! They were all gems ❤️

Such a supportive Boss.. 👌
But in reality, it's very very hard to find such true human beings
Its really nice to see that the boss stepped up to help someone that was going through a hard time instead of the depromoting them. I wish more bosses would do this for the employees.
Wow great message. Definitely mental health is as important as physical health, but I don't know why still people think and say bad about a person suffering from bad mental health
