Dr can you please explain how TENS machine can be used to strengthen glutes
    Thanks

Hey Bhupinder! To explain this briefly, you can use certain frequencies and intensities of nerve stimulation to achieve a stronger contraction of your muscle. These protocols are usually termed neuromuscular electric stimulation and follow what is called the "Russian protocol". This is something that usually requires the supervision of a trained professional to ensure accurate usage. Hope this helps!

Sciatic pain seems to be my worst problem most times- nerve pain around knee-is this a glute issue? I’m 4 months out from surgery.

Hey there! Sorry to hear you are having this nerve pain after your surgery :-( There are a few reasons that may cause this type of pain. It is possible that this is a glute issue, but it could also be directly from the surgery or even a back problem. We have a lot of content that may be able to help, but it would be best to figure out what is causing the pain first. Here are some useful links that may be able to help you figure out what is going on:

Do you have a video on exercises to do before total knee surgery and nutrition. I asked the nurse and she didn’t recommend food or drink to avoid but I see so much discussion on RUclips about causes of inflammation like coffee, etc. I want to be best I can before this surgery. Is it okay to use indoor bike if you have torn meniscus, bone spurs, and arthritis?
