Pls check his last interview 3 weeks ago. He said I will not be voting for Biden this year. 3 weeks later, this news popped up.
He's the star.Just wait until he gets there and stop complaining. How did it cost the studio 20 million dollars.Was he 3 days late?
Contract FAIL. The studio (or whoever) could have written into the contract, “….blah blah blah notwithstanding medical emergencies, accidents, Acts of God, blah blah blah, the actor ROCK shall be financially responsible for losses if tardy by greater than 60 minutes for call times, in 60 minute increments, blah blah blah payments to be made blah blah blah judgement shall be immediate and final.”
I’m sure his agent and lawyers could explain it in nicer ways. If he doesn’t sign the deal, don’t give him the job.
And if they don’t have the testicles to make such a contract, then deal with the consequences of hiring someone you KNEW to have a pattern of lateness. Be an adult. Don’t complain.
