I love the beach waver it’s so easy and just a tip when you use it curl it away from your face for a better curl. At least that’s what I do for mine😊

For the air wrap, you need to use wet hair, leave it on hot for a few seconds after it’s dry, and then use the cool setting to set it :)
This!! I use it every time i wash my hair and it goes from completely wet to perfectly styled in 20 minutes, and it lasts for 4 days and doesn't tangle so i don't even have to brush it!! I have naturally wavy/ curly hair down to my waist and it's a life saver 🙏🙏

I’m too poor to afford an airwrap but this is true, all the tutorials I’ve seen on people using them start with damp hair(70-80 percent dry) then curl and hold for 10 seconds, cool for 10 seconds

The Dyson Air Wrap is a blowdryer and curling iron in one! It’s meant to be used on damp hair. The reason people say it doesn’t hold is because they aren’t using it correctly. When you use it on damp hair it’s comes out like a professional blow out

Also looking for this comment lol I just got the Dyson, there’s definitely a learning curve. But it for sure needs to be used on DAMP hair! Also if you have hard to curl hair, the smaller 20mm barrel (sold separately) is a game changer. My curls last for days
Yeah but they often say its a curling iron and sell it like that. And even if u use it correctly it will never look like real curls with an iron because its just a blow dryer.

@@marie6583 if you get the 20mm barrel and hold the dyson upside down like a wand curling iron, you do get wand curls! It’s worked great for me!

Pro tip: if you want your curls to last longer, don’t let them just fall out of the iron, hold them in your palm, or clip em too cool down a bit, then let it go.
The way the curls cool = the way they are set.
I’ll try this because my curls always end up falling out by the end of the night
When I clip mine they last a bit longer...and tend to have more definition in the curl...

I LOVE my beach waver! It’s so fast and easy and doesn’t make my hair crispy.
Many years ago my husband bought me a Remington straightener/curler with adjustable bits for bigger curls. It was black and pink and even came with a heat resistant bag. I used it until it stopped working this year strangely right after using it in a different country with different plugs and converters. It was great, though could never figure out how to actually curl my hair correctly with a straightener… but it was still better than some of these seem to be 😅

I totally love Hope's channel, but I feel like 17 different human hair wigs are going to perform differently than each other? My hair curls differently than my friends with similar looking hair.
the beach wave is so pretty and the curl it makes is fab same with the steam curler and the dysons. I am crossing my fingers that I can get one of these curlers for my birthday that is in a couple weeks

Hope, you should do this with other hair tools like hair crimpers, hair straighteners/flat irons, hair diffusers, and even testing out different hair blow dryers/air dryers, etc. and turn it into a series! I would also love to see you do this same series concept, but with home and kitchen gadgets as well!

You have to use wet hair with the dyson- heat the curl and then set the curl by blasting it until it cools off. The dyson is the bomb! I’d love to try the l-shaped one or another dyson for my daughter!

The reason the Dyson air wrap curls didn’t last very well was because you’re supposed to do it with damp hair, not dry so they will just drop. the air wrap is meant for drying your hair in place will stay in the curl xx 17:05

okay !! so the bed head one , (the one that looks very phalic) is my favorite curling iron. i think what happened is just the way you were holding it :) its a good curl and its just all in the way you hold it and how long you do it for. (hold the non hot part , the handle , down towards the floor) :) hope this helps a little bit !!

Hi Hope from the old English Lady. This was a great vlog. My eldest son bought me a Dyson hairdryer and I love it. It's so quick and gives my hair a fuller look. With the dyson, it holds best if your hair is 90% dry. The curls stay almost as long as other irons when your hair is a little damp. Also, you have to have the air on the highest flow, and don't twist the barrel. Just move it towards your head. Also, hold it until the hair is completely dry, and do the cold shot for at least 5 seconds. When you take the barrel out of your hair just pull it straight down.
