Just want to mention a few things that I did not notice yet (no criticism intended): Ankeng light rail opening pushed back to May 2022 I'm think that the east part of the circular line (Jiannan road to Taipei zoo) has complete blueprints and is set to open ~May 2030 Fun facts: The blue line (Bannan) connects with Taiwan HSR three times as of 2021 The red line (Tamsui Xinyi) runs Tamsui-Xiangshan and Beitou-Daan Even till today, the green line has trains running to Taipower building, so that route has been there for a long time Part of the Danhai light rail makes the entire route's revenue (the seaside part) Very close to the Zhonghe station, you can actually see the Wanda-Shulin line under construction
@@junshiangliao I know that, like Kaohsiung instead of Gaoxiong. But they use Xinbeitou on MRT station. And I already explain any controversies from this video already.
According to some sources and some videos from Taiwanese youtuber, I don't think it's going to happen soon. But maybe there is a new contract or sth already idk 😶

@@geotransit4515 In Taiwan, we use Wade-Giles for City name translation instead of Pinyin. So Xinbei is totally wrong.
