More hip extension + more thoracic extension + more shoulder flexion = less low back pain. Those are the factors I focus on maximizing in my 45-day Back Bridge program.
It always depends on the individual. Usually, it's good to start at twice a week for beginners, and then work on 3-4x a week as you progress. How long have you been stretching or working on your backbends?
Stiff people aren’t going to be able to straighten their arms and or legs, in the bend back, how do you go from head on the floor with bent arms, to higher??? It’s that in between stage that stiff people will get stuck at, that is never addressed on RUclips :( so frustrating,
Can be. :-) Have you tried practicing these stretches? It's quite advanced, yes, however it is a very good stretch for people who start out stiff and wants to practice their backbends.
@@GotROM not yet. But I think its hard for me. I can do urdhva dhanurasana but not in good shape and not too deep. But I will try later. Thank you for sharing. 🙏😃
Love that lat stretch! 👍
Thanks! Anything else I can help you with?
I love backbridges, but my lower back hurts sometimes.
