Can you please let me know what are the bullbar indicator lights and where you bought them. I am inspired by your mods. You also seem like a genuinely nice personality
Cheers mate, very happy with it, looks like a completely different Cruiser these days ha.. hope to be filming the next instalment to the Cruiser this week, been a fee more things done to it since this vid..🤙
Excellent info and video. There are a LOT of us out here that need GVM and Brake upgrades for our 80 Series, 100 Series and 105 Series vehicles. Most of these are keeper cars for LIFE as you just can't buy for any $$$ as good a vehicle new from manufactures these days, so its worth investing in the older LandCruisers. So yes finding Brake, Axel and GVM upgrades that we NEED is excellent and great to see some companies understand this.
Hey mate cheers 🍻, the old remote from the Bullaring was that old and corroded I just lengthened the wires into switches on the dash for the winch, I think it might of been the next Cruiser vid I quickly show them 👍
Hi mate Great vids mate helping me with some mods on mine, just asking what the cradle you winch is mounted to? I love my alloy bar and looking to add a winch??
Cheers mate 👍, 1 of the only things the Cruiser had when I bought it was the TJM ally bar and winch. The cradle has front brackets that line up perfectly with the bar fairlead bolt holes so can only say it was made for it by TJM.
This is a TJM bar and the winch is as well, was a complete kit once upon a time, the winch is attached to a whats to be about a reinforced 10mm solid plate that bolts between the 2 chassis rails.
Hey mate, build is looking very clean. Just got my rhino rack back bone this week, seems like an absolute pig of a thing to fit to the roof mounting holes. Did you have any dramas fitting yours, feel like I’m going crazy, bolts and Alan keys barely fit with the angle required. Would appreciate your thoughts. 👍
Hey mate, yep theres nothing easy about fitting those rhino racks, the back bone should be the other way around so you can access the bolts from the outside, once I had the back bones on I loosened the cross mounts on the rack, put it on lined them up took it off tightened it up then put it back on, there is nothing easy about fitting them,
@@blissniques finally got it done on the 4th attempt with about 4 hours of mucking around, had to get some new tools and cut a few Alan keys shorter and collect a few cuts and bruises along the way. But Jesus who ever engineered that fitment for the Land Cruiser needs their teeth kicked in. 😂
@sambo731 haha yep 100%, definitely harder than it needs to be, they do look good though, I reckon the bolts that hold the rack to the wishbone could of been stronger than the 1's supplied as well
The only thing done to the Landcruiser when I purchased it was the bullbar and winch, the bar is TJM as well as the Hydraulic winch, and the cradle matches perfectly up to the fairlead bolt holes on the bar so im tipping everything was originally from TJM
Thanks mate looking at them now in their site…. Might be following your lead with powder coat 😂
Haha the powder coating come up perfect, looks like a new bar without the crazy price tag attached

How is the winch fixed mate behind the factory bar
This is a TJM bar and the winch is as well, was a complete kit once upon a time, the winch is attached to a whats to be about a reinforced 10mm solid plate that bolts between the 2 chassis rails.
Which black did you go for on the bar Please mat black, satin black or gloss thanks
Just the Matt black mate, doesn't seem to show the scratches as bad.
Thank you

Why not raptor coat the bar easy touch up
Yeh that was the other option as well, the sliders came powdercoated, so just wanted to match it really..
Do you know what winch cradle is it it?
