A nice calming environment, no loud music, other noisy groomers, no raised voices, its lovely to see how gentle the groomer is with this little puppy, such a pity that many groomers who post their techniques on line do not follow this example. This is why I do my westies myself, no expert, I know, but at least my dogs are not traumatised.
