There hasn't been any form of digital entertainment since the zombie apocalypse started so Leon decided to take up the Classical Guitar
excelent arrangement and interpretation!, congrats
I'm crying in the middle of the night, thank you, you have bless my soul with this powerful and beautiful piece.
You are beutiful
The most relaxing piece of music ever written, and beautifully played!
You are truly gifted, from all of the hard work you have put into your efforts of learning how to master the instrument. Blessings to you, for being able to teach those of us who do not have that gift to invest the time that you have been given.
People commenting he looked like a FF character, and 7 years from now Rob Scallon plays with him FFX theme after Brandom plays Gymnopedie with the artificial harmonics in a 275 000$ guitar. A bit foreshadowing
What?? Link??
Wait? This guy is that guy? Wtf?
Leon S.Kennedy ?
I'm was Gonna say the same thing Hahah ! :D
This lays down so well on the guitar. One of the best.
This is one of my most favorite songs ever to relax to...I am mesmerized by it on guitar!
watching you play is mesmerizing.... it's almost as if you're "singing" the notes.... lovely
You are attracted to this young man, say it ;)
@@selvamthiagarajan8152 It would be difficult to not be attracted to him...
I came back for this comment, then rewatched and listened and enjoyed even more!! The whole experience is gorgeous!

Beautiful arrangement, and wonderfully played. I've been working on the Parkening arrangement of the Gymnopedie for a while but as much as I like that I think I like this arrangement even better. The shift to handling the melody in artificial harmonics was a real treat!
This is one of my favorite piano pieces been listening to Eric Satie for over 40 yrs absolutely beautiful in it's subtlety
You mean this guy is not Erik Satie?
Im actually gonna cry this video is so flawless
Thank you very much for saving Racoon city from G-virus
I was looking for a coment like this
Lol
LMAO
I just bought my first guitar a week ago then youtube suddenly recommended me guitar videos, I saw you on rob's video and I immediately searched your name.
I want to be even half as good as you :'(
Time flies bud, play til you're sick of it and you'll wake up and realize you're already halfway there. Make yourself proud kid, rock on.
It appears we come from similar backgrounds, i've always only played rock and metal, but lately i've been much more intrigued to play jazz and classical music, it's very nice to be able to play something that feels complete without a bunch of other instruments involved. im just following along with your playing to learn the song, but taking into account the things you said in your later video where you explained the levels of progress in your classical played, where you compared this piece to your new take.
Thanks for grreat content!
Tasteful, serene, beautifully played. Thank you
Omg, those harmonics. My eyes are watering, in a good way.
i picked this as our music for our yoga session in school, it's officially my favorite guitar cover of all time, and made Gymnopedie No. 1 as my favorite classical song played in a guitar
He has an updated version of this song. He looks back and doesn’t like this version
I came to here some calming tunes.... Now I’m gay

One of my favorite pieces back in school. Lovely phrasing and overall just wonderful 👏💯
Fantastic interpretation of a fantastic piece done by a fantastic guitarist with a fantastic sounding guitar! Looks like a vintage flame maple treasure 🎸
One of my favorite pieces of music, on any instrument...outstanding❤
jim hawkins has way more musical talent and skill than I ever would have imagined. The audacity to play one of my favorite songs while embodying one of my favorite characters. Tell my parents I love them as I am going to transcend out of this bodily existence.
