Glad you're doing better and got through that tough period. I stuggle with adrenal fatigue constantly. It's a battle.

Wow, thanks for sharing this. I really do feel bad for what you went through. That is every ccyclists or health nuts worst nightmare. Reminds me of my same situation. And once we get back to where we want to be and peaking we’re always afraid of going backwards. That’s why every crash is a panic, always afraid it’s gonna keep us off the bike. I always liked following you because you had a background in gym work, Because that’s my background also but I’ve had to let that go as I get stronger and skinnier on the bike. I’m kind of liking the skinny Cyclist silhouette anyway now.

Thanks for the feedback! I try and keep a balance of cycling appearance meets lifter lol hard to do. Don’t want spaghetti arms hahaha any injury, even a tweak in the gym I get stressed since I don’t want any setbacks to cycling my gym gains

Bro...I'm 48 ...in 2022 I tore my tricep in my left arm being a gym rat...in the process of fixing that the doctor damaged my ulnar nerve so I needed a second surgery...was out of work for a whole year...5 months ago I needed a total hip replacement....I'm also a heavier rider bro ...I'm 5'8 probably close to 200 lbs...same as u bro...not ur typical cycling physique...moral of the story...I'm road cycling and doing gravel on my mountain bike...feel pretty damn good ..to be honest...as we get older it doesn't get easier per say but it's doable bro ...we just keep our heads up and keep pushing 👍🏻

I understand. Currently off the bike now 9 weeks due to a serious crash. Broke all ribs on right side plus clavicle. Two surgeries and 10 day hospital stay. Not fun. Still have healing ahead of me. No cycling for another few months. But now been cleared to do indoor cycling. So I’ll take what I can get. I lost weight from the accident. No appetite for weeks.

@@addictcyclist That's what I keep telling myself. Dealing with some complications, but hopefully those will resolve or lessen over time.
